[Resolved]  Croma — Tata Croma cooler

I purchased cooler in the store on Tuesday and Water is draining out on the back side of the cooler from Thursday. Complaint is raised yesterday. A person named Siva Prasad Dokala has called me yesterday evening, and tried to fit it through Video call which did not got fixed. He said he will send technican next day morning. A person named Dilip has come up who doesn't know anything about cooler. Additionally he did another damage to it, he inserted screwdriver inside the outlet which doesn't had any issue earlier.Now this rubber outlet has been pierced and water is leaking out.He doesn't know the minimum basics how to open cooler mesh. He didn't switch on the cooler mode and trying to water draining problem which was a basic common sense. When ia askee him he said he never did cooler repair and this is his first time. Now when I spoke to his manager who is the reason for the additional damage he 's yelling on me. I need the issue to be fixed properly.
