[Resolved] Croma — timeless delay in product delivery | |||
I ordered for a sunflame auto-ignition stove through tata cliq which is croma's online shopping portal on may 11th 2020. I have still not received the product. They are timelessly delaying the delivery. They promised delivery on multiple dates in the past but delivery did not happen on any of the promised dates. We raised multiple complaints with croma and tata cliq but nothing resulted in a resolution. We are fed up with their poor service as the same happened earlier for a different order also. I want the product to be delivered immediately without further delay. Was this information helpful? | |||
