Very very worst customer service in avadi branch,

I have purchased above product and received through courier. Installation done by croma. When installing the product got heavy noise on the tuner. We have raised the complaint and given the product in our nearest show room. Its more than 5 days and there is no response. When we call them for an update they said they will get back to us but no response. Please check and do the needful as soon as possible for getting the product.
