Complaint against CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited regarding defective Mono Block Pump of 1 HP
Sir,
On 18.12.2021 I had purchased a CG Mono Block Pump of 1 HP by paying Rs. 3700/- with 1 year warranty vide Invoice No. 2624 (copy attached). As this Mono Block Pump creates a lot of noise I had filed a complaint with the company over phone No. [protected] vide Service Request No. CGPISL[protected]/01 on 04.03.2022. The said complaint was attended by Sh. Neeraj Sharma (Mob. No. [protected]) on 05.03.2022 who stated that as there is a major fault (wiring sheet problem & seal changed etc.), it cannot be repaired on sight and needs to be delivered at the Service Centre (18A, Street No. 13, East Azad Nagar, Near Azad Nagar Metro Station, Delhi-110051) by the customer at his own cost & also get it installed again at his own cost.
2. In this regard, it is stated that as the Mono Block Pump is under warranty it is the responsibility/ duty of the company to repair/replace the defective product for free bearing all other costs. Moreover, as the product has become defective within 3 months even though it is used very little, it should be replaced immediately.
3. It is therefore, requested to kindly look into the matter & take necessary action so that my defective Mono Block Pump is replaced immediately. I shall be highly obliged.
