Sir/madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased water pump of crompton greaves from your distributor gupta electrical, sector -22 chandigarh on 03/08/2017 and installation done on 05/08/2017. Due to high noise from motor i have lodged a complaint to toll free number on 11/08/2017 (Complaint number-[protected]), but i am sorry say that 2 times your service people visited, but due to some unavoidable circumstances the problem were not solved. After that nobody has visited even call to me for the same.

I shall be very thankful to you, if you could look into it and take immediate action.
