Purchased a ceiling fan for my clinic and since day 1 it was making a weird sound, so i complained to the consumer care... They send a person who repaired fan but still the sound kept coming.

I complained again... They send a person who repaired fan but still the sound kept coming.

Now i called customer care and requested them to change the blades of fan but no response even after 3 days.

    I want to complain regarding my crompton cooler model gim-ie not working properly from dt 25.07.17. Complain no is [protected]. The complaint massage indicated complied.
    Till date i have not received the cooler after repair. Today when contacted mr ansari, he told me, sir this has to be replaced. Your firm is very highly reputed since 30-40 years.
    Please take it seriously. This is a harassment on the part of the consumer and bad name for the company.

      I mr. Sherali merchant, had brought wall mounting fan from rajesh electric stores, bandra (West), mumbai on 19/5/2017 under warranty for 2 years. At the time of purchase given words of good service from cromptons. But after using for hardly 5 months problem started. When registered a complain no.[protected] on 14/10/2017, attained by technician after my follow up. Technician was so rude and rough in his language and said water had gone inside. No question of water going inside the fan. When combined to manager. Manager also was not cooperative and had taken technicians side. So worst service...?? With a big brand...??. My emailid.       First ever worst experience in my life of 50 yrs. Hope to get a positive reply from management

          I purchased a mono block pump 0.5hp from your authorized dealer m/s gupta electrical co. Vide invoice no. 162 on 03.08.2017. Within a few days of installation, the motor of the pump started making noise. The noise has become a nuisance for us and the neighbours. I got a complaint registered on your site on 11.08.2017 vide reference no. [protected]. After that your service personnel visited twice, but could not rectify the problem. Again complaint were lodged on 08.09.2017 and 04.10.2017, but no one visited to rectify the problem.
          Since the mono block pump is under warranty, the same should be replaced with a new one within one week of this complaint else i will be forced to approach the consumer forum for redressal of my grievance and damages for mental harassment and agony which i am facing due to the faulty pump.

            I had purchased water geyser of crompton on 31-dec-2016 & have facing two to three times for problem.
            Your representative mr. Rahul pol from kolhapur (Maharashtra state) had given poor device to solve our regular problem happened. He was committed from two months back to replace our geysers coils but still he not replace the same.
            I request you to give warning to mr. Rahul pol to complete the task urgently otherwise i will take necessary action to your him & your company.

              The bulbs were purchased on 1st may 2016 from dmart in borivali dahisar and are flickering after 10mins approx on being switchef on. One of the plastic bulbs blew off a few days back.
              Let me know the action to be taken. Warranty period..2years

                And am calling today also but he say "nii auga jo karna h kar lo"
                Geyser water leakage water leakage form the mouth or the geyser from where the water comes out after getting hot with the rust mix with it full pipe become rusty and water flows down and it also dirty our flouring if it can not resolved than it may cause of more damage to tap

                  I have purchased two fans. A wall fan and a ceiling fan. Two years ago. Both of them are out of warranty period. I think they can work better after some repair.
                  Problem of ceiling fan: - making "cut-cut-cut-cut" sound at every round. I am afraid it may fall if there are problems to the main rod.
                  Problem of wall fan: - when in use the main rod moves up-down and machine make unnecessary sound. It is sound of motor. It is because it makes noise when used for more than an hour.

                      I bought a ceiling fan of company crompton greaves from kumar electronics new delhi on 23 march 2017 but the fan start creating lots on noise from the beginning, i called you customer care and their technicians came and solved the problem. After a month ago again noise start coming out from the fan, i again called the technician, again he opened the fan and tried to solved the problem, after one more month the noice again came, this was third time, technician visited but the problem not solved yet, tell me do i have another work or i just keep on calling this company technician, he told me that this fan will not repaired, i asked him to replace my fan because my fan is in warranty. I talked to area incharge, he assured me that your fan will be replace, wait for 3 days, now he is not picking my phone, it's name mr prashant, i am not sure but i have his no. [protected]. Is this way to treat customers by not picking the phone, my family living without fan, company is not keeping their words. They assured me to replace my fan, how could you stop answering customers without any solution. I need proper replacement as soon as possible.

                          I have been purchased c. G. Submersible pump 3.00 h. P (Pllame178341) and cromton digital panel 3.00 hp (Pkvss000076) dated on 30/8/17 (See attached tax invoice). Motor damage in one day (Dated on31/8/17). After that we get repaired motor and get installed dated on 2/9/17. Motor work for 10 days and again get damaged.

                          Due to this problem we faced such a big loss (We have to arrange water tanks 5 water tanks of rs.4000 / day (Approximately spend rs.20, 000 due to this problem). Now i want compensation for this loss due to poor quality of your products.

                          Kindly, pay attention in this matter and take any necessary action.

                              I have purchased a pedestal fan on 30.6.2017, after one months I have faced problem in fan, then after another month fan stop working. Customer service is worst in CG. No body respond you promptly. they will delay service. just a worst company to bye any electrical product. From last 15 days I have two complaint but till date nobody responded.

                                I purchased one getser from local shop more than 2 years back. The system was running fine, but about one month back suddenly the thermostat stopped working. I contacted authorised service centre of durgapur, west bengal, m/s reliable service. They came about one week later and changed the thermostat with a bajaj made one. After they gone, we saw that the power light did not glow and the heating light constantly blinking even without power (Switched off) condition. I again contacted the service centre and they told me to set right my house power condition. I contacted one good electrician. After he tested my power distribution, he showed me that neutral and earth both are in short circuit. And for this reason, my rccb is constantly being tripped. I again contacted them, and continuously ringing for 20 days. But nobody is coming up. They have taken rs. 650 for parts and rs. 250 service charge. Now i want that they should remove their parts and return my service charge as i do not want to see their face again. They are unreliable people under "unreliable service". Their contact no.                                 I purchased crompton pump Model Name: MINI MASTERPLUS I product serial numbers QAAFC012780. After 3 months it gets automatically switch off in 10 minutes. It is in warranty .
                                Please either repair it or replace it.
                                Our fan was stopped while running on 24 aug 2017 within warranty period [i.e date of purchase 23 03 2016].We already complained vide no.[protected] dated 31st aug 2017.

                                  Bought from one of the dealer in lucknow, kapur electronics in feb 2017.
                                  Suddenly stopped working since 31st aug'17, registered the complaint on 1st september 17.
                                  Complaint no. [protected] was to be attended by rajesh electricals.
                                  But they closed the complaint same day without anyone attending the complaint.
                                  Still waiting for my resolution.

                                    1/ the complaint is one 15 litres water heater which is under 2 years warranty.
                                    This appliance was purchased on 10th october 2015 and is still under warranty.
                                    2/ complain was about shell leakage on 17th august 2017. The service expert m/s euroteck in kolkata, mob no [protected], had attended and confirmed its a shell leakage and as per the agreement the crompton was supposed to replace the same.
                                    3/ i had contacted the shop m/s - d electric / bosepukur / 39/1 bosepukur road, kolkata 700042, mobile no [protected]. The shop keeper has said that the service manager mr divakar saha mob no [protected] will replace the same.
                                    4/ but the service manager mr divakar saha claims that the electric shop will approach the dealer and get a replacement.
                                    5/ past 15 days - we are without a water heater.

                                    Can crompton help us with a replaacement. My bathroom has bright white water heater.
