Despite repeated complaints no technician is visiting us to repair our two defective gysers. A person named rakesh roy had come from your service centre named, 'service plaza' to check the problem when the first complaint, numbered [protected] was raised on nov. 7th. And charged us rs. 500 (Video bill no. 029 dated november 08, 2017) towards service charge but did nothing except assuring us that he would come back with the requisite spares after two days. It's been more than a week since then and we have neither heard from him or anyone else in your organization.in the meanwhile, i have again lodged a complaint at your call centre vide interaction number [protected] on nov. 11th. Which again is still unattended to. Given the same, would like to know by when can i expect a resolution to my problem? Expecting a solution in the next 24 hours to prevent me from taking any further action.

Bought the motor on urgent basis on 30.09.17, which didn't work from the very moment of purchase. On failing of complaint register, took it to service centre. Again after a week had to take it to service centre, got it back, still there was an issue. Faulty piece. Pls replace. Its a breach of trust. Being a regular customer, expect a prompt action.

I have given a complaint to the customer care on september 9 2017. And my complaint no. Is [protected]. And still i have not get any solution. Please do needful. Or if you cannot support for the services then take all the crompton appliances form my house.

Hello team, i m really fad up with the pathetic services provided by crompton.

I have purchased 5 ceiling fans with understand the brand image but i came to know the reality now and will never suggest to anyone.

One of the fan is making high noise that i can not sleep even and when i made compliant they changed the fan but again noise is there even more than earlier then i compliant again and again and again but this is not resolved then i fed up and frastreted yesterday and talked badly on customer care then they gave me area sales manager number and he assured to help me but today again i received a call from service man that i had visited your place earlier too and told u that your fan will be with noise only. What the hell the response is. I called to asm again and he said he will get back to me in 10 mins but no response

Please help me how and where to complain as i want to raise the concern in consumer court now.

I purchased a crompton iron from bikaner, rajasthan. Just after the purchase it shows many technical mistakes due to which we are unable to use it till now
I registered complaint many times in crompton customers service & they always suggest us about service centre at the same time. We follow the procedure many times & go to service centre with this problem but after so many attempts we are facing the same problem & still the problem is same

My name is rahul verma my phone no is [protected]. I have purchased geyser in 2013, after that 2 time my geyser was replaced regarding the issue of tank leakage, last time it was replaced in 2016.
Again within span of 1 year there is problem of tank leakage. Since i purchase it in 2013 and twice replaced it.in course of time i have misplaced my bill. When i call you service center at delhi (Hi tech solution) they are asking for bill but at you database my invoice was stored and was showing date of purchase in 2013. I am extremely disappointed by the quality of your product and the service you are providing. There is problem regarding the quality of material you are using. Low quality of tank can might also lead to some misshapen.
Therefore i request you to please solve my problem asap.

Purchased 02 brand new exhaust fans and both fan motors are making high noise, its quality & qc issue. Shopkeeper refused to replace and told to log the complaint which i did and it's been one month now nobody bothers to take care of if. Despite of making escalation over the phone to the toll free number.

Cromptom greaves products are the worst and people working here are in even worse. Today i spoke to nitin their area service manager he has taken one more person on the call and that guy is claiming it's my fault doesn;t know how to behave with the client.

In had purchased a crompton mini master in sep 17 and it had a problem of smoke.
On checking by authorised service centre, narang electricals sonipat, it came to know that there is some water inside it and he suggested to do the wiring on chargable basisrs 900/- and he had not replaced the motor after many arguments.
This is not acceptable under the guarantee policy.
Earlier i was very much belief in crompton quality and service but this time my faith is lower down.
I was thinking of buying a submersible motor also but i need to change my mood now.
I wouldn't tolerate this type of service and a positive feedback from crompton is yet to be awaited.

I have purchased geyser/water heater last year in november 2016. I resides in new delhi, minto road new dehlh having pin code 110002. Now it is not functioning properly. There is leakage of water from outlet pipe since one week. When i tried to logged complain on your toll free number i. E [protected]. I have tried a lot to logged my complain but i am unable logged my complain. Therefore you are requested to repair as early as possible. My mobile no. [protected].

This is really a third class service for crompton greaves which would never recommended to anyone for crompton producers and now i will write in consumer complaint as well.
I purchased a motor 18-oct-2016 when my house was constructed.
My motor was not working since 25 aug 2017 after that i did not get time to complain to be honest when i tried this no it says this is wrong now but after some days the same no was working.
I made a complaint on 22 oct 2017 next day engineer called me and said he is coming but till 9pm he did not come when i called him he said my bike got puncture so he could not come i said okay. On 26 oct 2017
Engineer came to my house who was in full attitude said "phle bill lekar aao tab hath lagaunga" on the bill last date was 18th october 2017. It doesn't matter if it's mistake from company they got dealay for 2-3 days but he could not repair my motor sit at my place for 1 hour but did not touch even check what is wrong really frustrated with this. At least you should hire professional service centre who should have at least manners to talk with a customer.

Please look into this and take necessary action if you can take.

Purchased a ceiling fan for my clinic and since day 1 it was making a weird sound, so i complained to the consumer care... They send a person who repaired fan but still the sound kept coming.

I want to complain regarding my crompton cooler model gim-ie not working properly from dt 25.07.17. Complain no is [protected]. The complaint massage indicated complied.
Till date i have not received the cooler after repair. Today when contacted mr ansari, he told me, sir this has to be replaced. Your firm is very highly reputed since 30-40 years.
Please take it seriously. This is a harassment on the part of the consumer and bad name for the company.

I mr. Sherali merchant, had brought wall mounting fan from rajesh electric stores, bandra (West), mumbai on 19/5/2017 under warranty for 2 years. At the time of purchase given words of good service from cromptons. But after using for hardly 5 months problem started. When registered a complain no.[protected] on 14/10/2017, attained by technician after my follow up. Technician was so rude and rough in his language and said water had gone inside. No question of water going inside the fan. When combined to manager. Manager also was not cooperative and had taken technicians side. So worst service...?? With a big brand...??. My emailid. I purchased a mono block pump 0.5hp from your authorized dealer m/s gupta electrical co. Vide invoice no. 162 on 03.08.2017. Within a few days of installation, the motor of the pump started making noise. The noise has become a nuisance for us and the neighbours. I got a complaint registered on your site on 11.08.2017 vide reference no. [protected]. After that your service personnel visited twice, but could not rectify the problem. Again complaint were lodged on 08.09.2017 and 04.10.2017, but no one visited to rectify the problem.
Since the mono block pump is under warranty, the same should be replaced with a new one within one week of this complaint else i will be forced to approach the consumer forum for redressal of my grievance and damages for mental harassment and agony which i am facing due to the faulty pump.

I had purchased water geyser of crompton on 31-dec-2016 & have facing two to three times for problem.
Your representative mr. Rahul pol from kolhapur (Maharashtra state) had given poor device to solve our regular problem happened. He was committed from two months back to replace our geysers coils but still he not replace the same.
I request you to give warning to mr. Rahul pol to complete the task urgently otherwise i will take necessary action to your him & your company.

The bulbs were purchased on 1st may 2016 from dmart in borivali dahisar and are flickering after 10mins approx on being switchef on. One of the plastic bulbs blew off a few days back.
Let me know the action to be taken. Warranty period..2years

Complaint for mixer in monday 18 september 2017 and contact to service provider katni but is he is excuse for 4 day my service man is on the way he is come to morning, evening... I am also complaint in toll free for this purpose 4-5 times but ni reponse gor sevice provider

I have purchased two fans. A wall fan and a ceiling fan. Two years ago. Both of them are out of warranty period. I think they can work better after some repair.
Problem of ceiling fan: - making "cut-cut-cut-cut" sound at every round. I am afraid it may fall if there are problems to the main rod.
Problem of wall fan: - when in use the main rod moves up-down and machine make unnecessary sound. It is sound of motor. It is because it makes noise when used for more than an hour.
