I bought a ceiling fan of company crompton greaves from kumar electronics new delhi on 23 march 2017 but the fan start creating lots on noise from the beginning, i called you customer care and their technicians came and solved the problem. After a month ago again noise start coming out from the fan, i again called the technician, again he opened the fan and tried to solved the problem, after one more month the noice again came, this was third time, technician visited but the problem not solved yet, tell me do i have another work or i just keep on calling this company technician, he told me that this fan will not repaired, i asked him to replace my fan because my fan is in warranty. I talked to area incharge, he assured me that your fan will be replace, wait for 3 days, now he is not picking my phone, it's name mr prashant, i am not sure but i have his no. [protected]. Is this way to treat customers by not picking the phone, my family living without fan, company is not keeping their words. They assured me to replace my fan, how could you stop answering customers without any solution. I need proper replacement as soon as possible.
