I got a call from sales representative about sow feature of crossroads. He was very prompt till the package was not sold to me. Sales representative told to buy package and gave time slot of next day for service at doorstep. One person came to collect money and went back. No one came on the following day at the allotted time slot and after that as well. No call came. After 1 week, i called up customer care but they told me to drop a mail to customer care mail id.
For last 3 weeks i am dropping mails to customer care mail id but i am not getting any response back. Their auto reply says that i will get a revert in 24 to 48 hours. For me, it has been weeks and i have not got a single reply yet from customer care.
Moreover i called up customer care at least 6 times out of which 2 times i was told that my case is escalated and i should get reply within 24 hours, i am still waiting.

I am not sure if i would get the refund now. They made all false promises. Moreover the package some to me was higher in price. I got to know about it when my friend the same package for 500 rs. Less.

Hope others get learnings from what i am facing currently with this company.

We are very sorry that this happened to you but rest assured it won’t happen again.
After studying the matter, we found out that the service delay caused due to the high service volume. This is clearly a mistake at our end and we take responsibility for it. We are ready to service your vehicle or refund your money. Kindly let us know the service date you are looking for or simply you want your money back.

Updated by Shantul Thanks that I at least got some response here. Sir I have lost trust in crossroads SOW . I am not sure how to get that revived. The best option I see as of now is to get the amount refunded.

Updated by Shantul Moreover, I talked to customer care today morning as well with same request. They said I will get response back on mail and the call back as well. I am still waiting :). You close your helplines at 6 pm.
I am not sure how you are going to defend this statement.
The reasons given by you above as well doesn't seem to hold much substance. I reported about false commitments and no replies from customer care. I am not bothered about service not getting done. I am sure if I book it today, it will be done in few days. But would that be of quality which was committed, is a concern now. Would all the freebies be given which were committed, is a concern. I am raising question on integrity sir!

Updated by Shantul Till now I have sent around 10 mails and talking to crossroads customer care almost every weekend to get my money back but didn't get my money yet! What I get back is the false promises.
Shame on you Crossroads!
