Respected Sir/Mam,
I made payment of ₹1200 through UPI(phonepe) for CTET paper 1 & 2.

The payment is showing incomlete in CTET portal but the amount (₹1200) was deducted from the account. So, I need refund of ₹ 1200. So, I can pay the fee again.
Please help sir/mam to resolve this problem.

ir, I have applied for ctet and my application number is [protected] . i have paid the fee through upi phonepe on 23th september and 24 september money deductes from my account but not showing incomplete fee status in my application.like this two times applied but money deducted still no refund .i have mailed this problem given on website. i am trying through call from the past 2 days but it is not reachable, please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have applied on 23rd September for CTET. I paid Rs1000 through Google pay. The amount was deducted from my account but I did not receive any confirmation from CTET. I have mailed them, called all the numbers which they have provided. 48 hours have passed still no response. What shall we do?

Facing same issue. I had paid CTET - December 2021 application /exam fees of 1200/- through Canara bank challan.

Even after 72 hours, while I am writing this, the status of my application remains INCOMPLETE and no Acknowledgement is available against my fee payment that can be treated as my application being submitted with CTET Test Unit successfully.

Can anybody suggest / guide, as to how they received the refund and later paid the application fees to receive a successful form submission confirmation / acknowledgement for December 2021 exam
