Hi,

I have registered complaint from last five days. Router is not turning on. No answer from ion support staff for last five days. Customer executives are giving just excuses and forwarding requests. Somehow managed to get hold off one of technician from support and he mentions that i need to buy modem/router myself. They will not be able to provide it. Very bad service and poor experience with support staff.
