[Resolved]  D2H — Very bad service

I am tired of the complaints about extremely bad service and over that company is doing fraud with the customer.

I had already made a complaint about the signal not available errors, for which I was not able to see any channel on television, with just wind there is no signal. I am not even talking about rain.

After multiple follow ups, I had to call local technician to fix the issue, for which I was told that I have to change the set top box. Finally I ordered new set top box, where I had asked the technician for replacement. As per him there is no replacement and only new box has to be purchase which will cost 600 Rs. I got new set top box and old box was taken by him saying company has to collect the old box. When I am buying new box and paying 600rs your company has to give new remote or no? Which is compatible with the box. I have to use old remote with new box which is not even 100% compatible with the box.
As per your customer service, box replacement does not charge 600rs, and if we are buying new then old box should be with us.

Secondly, at the time of renewal for my pack, I had 9xm channel which was free and now it is showing channel not subscribed. Is this not a fraud with the customer???

This is ridiculous, company and your workers are doing fraud.

My neighbours have Airtel, Tatasky which never gets interrupted even in a bad climate but your d2h does not even work in a clean climate. Over that, they never do this fraud.

Being a loyal customer for many years and purchasing yearly plans does not seems to be worth it now.

Your technician called and asked for OTP to close his request after that I don't get any revert back from your side till now.

If your company does not provide proper service, please let me take the refund and switch to another service provider and you keep this box and connection with you.

Firstly technician said change the set-top box, i got new one still the same.
Then he told me there is fault with TV which has nothing to do with the signal. Then he said HDMI cable is not good.
Later he told me we need to change the signal camera on dish, and also got charged for it. Still my issue was not resolved the signal kept going and now video also gets hang. Again I complaint they said now I have to change the dish antenna and pay 600rs for it.
Excuse me, better I would have bought a new connection with other service provider. I did a big mistake paying till 2022.

I have complaint a number of times even to the regional officers and Nodal officer but still no reply from them.
