Hi,
This is vishal chauhan.I am from Jalandhar Punjab.I am your regular customer.My vehicle no is PB08CK1293 which is on my father name.
I have been servicing my bike with you from last 4 years.you will have all the records which you must see.Today I went to your Jalandhar bmc chownk work shop for vehicle service.
I reached your work shop sharp 13:30. One of your sales staff whose attending me he said I will Hanover your vehicle sharp 16:30.After I spoke, he gave me the bike at 17:00.
He also did not check what fault he has written on the slip. It was 18:00 to do all the works again.They didn't get even the washing done.without washing they handover me the vehicle.

About today experience:- I had a very bad experience today.This is the first time happened with since 4 years.
I also have your AMC book in which I have just done only two service's but i will not come forward on any cost.

About staff behaviour:-Your manager is very cooperative but the staff does not have manners how to attend the customers specially that guy who made my slip.His mob no is [protected].
I went to speak to him twice he didn't speak properly.Both the times he was talking on the phone in front of customer.I also told him that I will definitely write complaint to your head office.
They didn't ask me it's reason even once after that he was again talk continue on the phone after see your staff behaviour I felt very embarrassed.

Suggestions:-I want to tell you that please look in to this matter.If this happens again so this not give good impact on your organization.

    Dear sir,
    I have purchased new byke from Dada Moters on dates 01/04/21. But still no insurance paper or bill given by the company . Today is 08 th April and I had visited twice in showroom but always I return back with empty hand.
    Is company given me any claim if my byke got damaged or accident ???
    Kindly help.

      Dear Sir,

      I am inscribing this complaint against the employees of dada motors Savitri Complex III, G.T. Road Dholewal Chownk Ludhiana, Punjab who dealt with me and my son when we went to buy pulsar125 motorbike. We bought pulsar125 its registration number is PB91k3795 on[protected], RC is attached herein. Firstly, they gave us the quotation and described every detail in that which is attached hereby. In that they mentioned all the expenses related to insurance, RC and other charges which come out to be 93500. I gave mani his contact number is ([protected]) 15200 in cash on[protected] and after requesting him so many times he gave me receipt after 1 month of the payment date. On[protected] I deposited 1500 more on his demand and he told me that to take the receipt with the above mentioned payment but till now he has not handed over me the receipt and dilly delaying the matter on one pretext or other. He put us in dark by building his faith on us and told us that your bike will be financed for Rs. 76800 as you have already made down payment of Rs. 16700 in cash. Then there only on[protected] money in collusion with one executive of bajaj finance mangal singh said us to sign the finance papers and when we asked them about the finance amount they said u just sign the papers we will fill up the form later on. After 15 days when I got the message from fianace company I got stunned by looking the finance amount I.e 83, 410 and the actual cost of bike I.e 91, 391. According to this amount i.e 91, 391 I have already paid 16700 as stated above which means that insured amount should be Rs.74, 891 but inspite of that it is 83, 410. Therefore they have commited fraud on us of approx. Rs.8519 as the difference amount . By this way they fabricated the quotation in which the told actual cost Rs. 93500 but in fact actual amount of the bike is Rs.91, 391. Then I called mani and mangal singh both but they both started making excuses by saying that we have done personal insurance also and they are not giving clear explanation of Rs.8519. I was so astonished that we have not given any consent for the insurance but then also when I asked him to provide me document of insurance he sent me insurance form attached hereby. I took up the matter to the manager of dada motors but he also did not paid any heed to my complaint and started making excuses and said me to go to Bajaj finance company. They told me to raise my complaint back to dada motors. I am so much mentally harassed by the incident as I have called and also visited dada motors so many times after that but they are not giving me the any reasonable explanation of my hard earned money and even not providing me with the receipt of 16700. When ever I call them they make excuses and start explaining a different story. This way they have done fraud with me. I am attaching all the necessary documents here.

      I request you to please take action against employees and investigate the matter as they have looted my hard earned money by fraudulent means.

          I purchased Bajaj / Pulsar Motorcycle from your showroom on 21st Nov. 2014 with the exchange of my M.Cycle no. PB-10-DK-0544, but till date, the ownership of the bike is in my name.

          It has been passed almost 6 years after the sale of my bike no. PB-10-DK-0544 to your showroom but ownership is still in my name. So I request you to get it transferred in the name of the new owner of the car as per law/regulations.

          you are also requested to provide me a copy of the transfer of ownership of my bike for my records.

            I wanted to buy a new tata tigor car and went to authorized tata dealers - dada motors, khanna, punjab on 14 febraury, 2020. After discussion and checking at showroom i made an online payment of rs 10, 000 through net banking for new tata tigor car booking they said they will send the receipt on whatsapp. After few days they asked to also submit pan card and adhaar card. So i also send the photocopies of these cards on whatsapp to their salesman. Their salesman said no document is required now. After few days again they asked to send the net banking transaction details of rs 10, 000 to make the receipt. But i told them the pan card and adhaar card all are required, there is no need for more documents and i refused to send more documents. Now after 7 days they are still not sending the receipt. Further they are harassing and rashly behaving when asked for receipt. Their manager - (Manish) and salesman - (Jatinder) are particularly harsh and not helping. I want the consumer forum here to take notice of this fraud and provide me the car booking receipt.

              Respected sir i handover my bike for insurance claim at dada motors, gt road, near basti jodhewal to mr. Jagdish (Mb.[protected] dated 21/12/2019 and he promised to deliver it upto dated 24.12.2019 which was already 2 days extra. I also paid advance money for it.. But now he making me fool and delaying my work day by day.. He also not picking phone. I have to face travelling problem day by day... Please register a complain such non responsible employee for non performing his duty and rude behaviour.. Thanks & oblige

                I'm purchase a car tata tiago nrg, invoice dt. 26/12/2018 & dalivery date 04/02/2019 but till date i'm not received registration pb 10 gz 9916. This is very long time delay i'm already telephonecaly discuss with mr vishal but no response and he says to mr suraj dada. Im personaly talk to mr suraj dada please provide my rc but he is very wrong talking with me im not suport this metter. This is very very bad.

                  what customer believe after that harassment from " DADA MOTORS JALANDHAR " .. I would like to share our problem which is very genuine.

                  on 30/04/2019 I have purchased a bike ( Bajaj Platina 100cc ) at jalandher from DADA MOTORS Jalandhar, bmc Chowk. Near bus stand, ph :[protected]

                  We selected 1st bike now bike is defective and we choise other bike same again defective, and finally we select other bike but within half hour I call to concern person के yaar bike bubbling kar rhi h and bike penchar he or iska handle bhi kharab he but concern person ask me के sir tyre M हवा काम है सर hawa fill karwa लो and बाकी aap Morning showroom visit kariye agar eisa kuch hoga to M pc change kar dunga, and when I was gone to Showroom of yours they said I think rim and handle is the concern so I told them please get it replace bike because this is new bike and as per the your brand policy and that on purchased time words your peoples told me "SIR agar eisa kuch hua to sir aapko bike change kar denge,

                  but now everybody is denying to change it they said ke sir billing ho gyi h pc change nhi ho sakta hum iska rim change kar dete h and light bhi change kar dete h, or mujhe dono rims and back light change kar diya, but why sir new bike me parts Kiyu change kiya or abhi bhi handle me problem h,
                  so dear please suggest me
                  how does customers aware about everypart of bike that Parts is right or not ...

                  so request you to please help me out in this case .. but after that case I got a good example from " BAJAJ" that is UNBELIEVABLE.

                    First of all i want to know about why i paid 14 lakh rupees to tata if they cannot provide me the service on appropriate time. I just got harrased by the dealership of dada motors in ludhiana dholewal
                    They are nowhere concerned with the customer problems. I went there for the third time in only 3 months from the day i purchased the car
                    First time the car skirting problem didnt let the back door open till i dont open the front door
                    Next time the key lock to steering wheel got loose for which the steering is not turned to the left
                    In the last today i went there they said the ac compressor got down its need to get change and it is going to take 7 days from now. So how a person should leave his or her daily routine work or he should always stand at the showroom only to fix the problems i left my car in the showroom to get the answer from the mail. And i want any solution. For it

                        My name is reena and i bought a new bike platina last year in september. When i bought it, it gave me maximum average of 75. But after second service which was done on 29 januaury 2019. It was very rough and i am not satisfied. While i start it, it never start without choke. If i try after 5 minutes of driving it also face same problem and the average is only 52. After second i faced so many problems and not satisfied with service. My bike no is pb08 ec 8805

                        I Gurcharan Kaur purchased Tata Tiago xz+ petrol on 23 August 2019 from Dada motors khanna.There is an offer of 3 gm gold coin on purchasing of this car. Dealer did not tell me about this offer and they did not give me any gold coin.
                        I want to get this offer.

                          Sir,

                          I purchased a tata tiago car (Xm) from dada motor savitri - 1, g. T road, dholewal chowk, ludhiana, punjab in the name of inder mani sharma on 16.01.2019.
                          But i am not satisfied the performance of car and dada motor service because when i got my car all work not done by car service mechanic / supervisor.
                          1. Speedo meter was not in running condition.
                          2. Engine error light were showing in display of meter.
                          3. Time was not set on display.
                          4. Door open sign is showing only when driver side door open, sign is not showing when we have to open rest door of car.
                          5. Fuel tank cap cannot open easily.
                          6. Steering had to suddenly jam.
                          7. Average of car meter is not working properly.
                          8. There is listening heavy noise while gear changing.
                          9. There is driver side wind shield cover was not in position, when i told the mechanic for related this problem he replied me we cannot resolve this problem.
                          10. Again sunday 20.01.2019 when i went the market with mine family, car engine had been suddenly off and take the help from road assistance service, they came after 45 minutes.

                          I want to know how any customer can satisfied this type of service and performance and also want to resolve my problems / issues as soon as possible.

                                We purchased Tata Ace Xl in December in our company name, firstly for rc it will took more then 6 months to give me the registration no and permit. Secondly they will not give the service book and i didn't receive any single call for service and they were asking me for the labour charges for the first free service, even two months back when we go for the service that time they return our vehicle that the vehicle was not running in km which they required for the service.

                                  I have purchased a nissan micra from your juc showroom in nov/2017.in feb/2018 when my car punctured i was going to change stepney but shocked to see that it was damaged. At once i reported to your employee who delivered me that car mr. Amit by posting photo of damaged stepney on his whatsapp account. He assured me that it should be changed whenever you come for service of the car. Now said employee leaves you company and i approached to your juc showroom and they are not ready to change the same stepney. It is requested to you to change my stepney of car on 24/05/2018 when i will come to get service of my car. Otherwise will go to consumer courts.

                                  Two days vadiya chalda oss tu baad fir ohi problms ho jandiya
                                  They are ask evry new bike same here problm but i am not satisfied ...give me answer

                                    Respected sir/mam.
                                    I m having bajaj v 15. Its having problem in engine, its engine oil automatically loses itself from engine chamber. My bike is in service centre from last 2 days, no one can tell me abt wht happend. Service advisor said its gas kit losses so we had changed nd after that when i go for pick up my bike its engine oil still leaking from engine. I talked to service advisor he said i will ckeck right now what will happend. After cheking he said we r not having part of bike which was damaged. It will be ordered from company. Plz let me know abt my status of bike... Or plz repair my bike soon

                                    Not proper setting of accessories.
                                    Meter wires are not attached. Speedometer is not in working condition. Tire rubbers are also not attached.

                                      Hi i just booked mahindra bolero in dad moter samrala nd i paid 50000 booking of 2017 model deal was that i will take 2017 model bolero in the first week of 2018 they deal had done nd they was saying its okay but when i had gone to take ma car they are say that they have no car manufactured nd are saying that u should have to buy 2018 model nd have to pay 35000 extra which was not a deal so kindly give me answer as much quick as possible. I had done oll that deal with ta manager of samrala munish i am too much disappointed

Mat629301hkf36856) but till now car di rc nahi mili hai. Mai kai vaari dada motors khanna & ludhiana telephone & personally jaa ke mileya but mainu koi propar response nahi dita gaya & khanna & ludhiana walo ehi reply milya ke rto office to hi rc nahi aayi rto office bahut jyada rc pending hain. Main mentally harassment horeha ha plz rc mainu jaldi dilayi jaave. Plz reply must...
