Mis behavior by service manager vikas at dada motors nissan. They fail to deliver my car, car ws in running condition whn i hand over it mr ramesh serivce advisor there, but whn thy complete there work car got stuck im company work shop. I had given bike for service at bajaj show room gt road in ludhiana, when i went to took back my bike after service its battery was uncharged so i had given for charging purpose. Due to some reason i went there after 2 to 3 months but the work shop manager said we don't have. Ur agent gave me wrong information regarding the instalment of tata mega.
he told me that my instalment would be Rs. 9950 p.m. but when detail came to me from ur finance department its Rs. 10245 p.m. it means that ur marketing team gives fraud information to the customers simply to make their clients.

Dada motors, dholewal chownk ludhiana has a eloquent and magnificant field of emloyees but all with negligible knowledge and insufficient coefficiency with customer treating. They even don't have a well established coordination among one another and lack physical working and delayed service.
