This letter is in reference to poor service of our XUV500, reg no:- PB10DW2255, owner - Rakesh Kirpal.
My schedule pickup was on Friday(02/12/2016), i had mentioned many technical errors in my car like A/C, Wheel balancing, display screen and many more. But none of them was resolved, they had promised me that they will delver my car on Friday evening, shockingly they delayed it till Saturday. Regardless of this nothing was fixed, condition of car is similar.
Than, I called the manager Mr Vikas and the phone number of person to whom i am contacting is[protected], he promised me that they will give best of them and rescheduled car pickup on Monday(04/12/2016), eventually they did tantrums on Monday, Tuesday and now its Wednesday.
I am getting lots of inconvenience regarding this
