Never did I ever come across a company handled so casually and ignorant towards maintaining customer relationships.
I am a business man dealing in ethnic wear in Varanasi, currently operating with 6 showrooms in the city and expanding in the nearby cities.

I bought 16 Daikin ACs for my new showroom 6 months back but now have been rendered betrayed by the service provided. I have my inauguration date tomorrow and have been left helpless due to the delay in installation. This laid back attitude is going to cost me lots and I am not willing to take this trouble. This has caused a lot of mental pressure to me and I refuse to be handled so lightly.

I made the purchase from vishal videos value plus owned by Mr. Ankit Bhalotia only the on the account of the goodwill they have in the market and the trust we have on them. The installation and after sales services are provided by Mr. Ansari from I.F.A enterprises and M.A enterprises who charges exorbitant and unfair installation prices for daikin AC. He keeps the rates flexible at his liberty.

I have already paid 2 Lakh for installation and Mr. Ansari has bluntly refused to install the ACs for my inauguration tomorrow. He has been misbehaving with me and left me helpless in this situation. He has damaged all my previously installed Daikin ACs in other showrooms and claims that Daikin's ACs are short lived and need to be changed. He has also disrupted Mr. Bhalotia's reputation and our relation with them due to bad behaviour, delay in installation and faulty repairs. I doubt if he is working for the company or against tarnishing the goodwill of the company in the market.

I had lodged a similar complaint last year for Rachit enterprises here in Varanasi who exhibited the same behaviour and does only dry repairs alongwith delay in installation. No action was taken by Daikin against that matter and I was forced to change my dealer.

Presently, I have around 100 Daikin ACs in all my showrooms but now I have had it with the poor after sales services of the company and its lack of hold on its representatives. This matter has gone beyond the limits and I will seek legal assistance now for I have no intentions in dealing with Daikin anymore if this is how the customers are treated and behaved with.

I have already installed 10 O General ACs and Samsung ACs in my other showroom due to irresponsible attitude of the company and its representatives. The market is already bad-mouthing about Daikin simply due to these unresolved matters and nobody wants to get dragged in a mess like this.

For the ACs I have already bought I need immediate redressal and installation for my inauguration tomorrow no matter how, when and from where it gets arranged.

I have copies of all the bills and i will definitely escalate this matter legally if no immediate action is taken as I cannot endure more trouble from the company.
