[Resolved] Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — inverter ac problem | |
I have four daikin inverter acs in my house. 3 of them were purchased in 2016. I started having problem with one of them within a year and after spending a lot of money on repairing, i decided to replace it with another inverter ac. Again i went with daikin inverter ac trusting the brand. Now, i purchased another inverter ac from sargam electronics, lajpat nagar 2, new delhi on 21st april 2018 (Ftkg50tv16u) 2018 5 star (Model pic attached) And to my horror, the fan, from the very first day is making weird noises (Video attached. It's 1/10 of noise that i have to go through every night for a new ac with minimum fan). After getting it checked by your authorised service partner, i was told that fan motor is faulty (Complaint ref. Number del[protected]). Now i have been running from pillar to post and even after lodging a complaint with your service partner, my problem is not being resolved. I call your customer care, they say it will be taken care of and then put me through ivr for feedback. Then technicians visit, they say fan motor is faulty, please call customer care and tell them this. Then i call customer care again, they again send some technicians. They tell me the same thing and ask to call daikin customer care. Then again the same stupid process. Be on a call with daikin customer care for 20 minutes trying to explain but of no use. What the hell?? Resolve your customer's issues first and then ask questions. What is my fault??? That i trusted your brand again and was thinking that may be one older ac was faulty??? That's like 2 out of 4 daikin acs are ok??? Daikin 50% acs are good and 50% are pathetic?? I paid for the ac and i expect proper product from you, not some third grade product. What the hell is this??? I would be going to the consumer court and will recover all damages as i have all the proofs and will sue you. I want my ac changed asap. Trust you me.
