[Resolved] Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — pathetic service for my 1 ton inverter ac | |||
I have purchased daikin 1 ton inverter ac 2 years back. It suddenly stopped working couple of days back. Raised a complaint with customer care, they are prompt to send a technician. Now the story starts. Technician is not bothered to check the indoor or outdoor unit for the problem, he just checked the error code on remote which is u2 and concluded that the problem is with pcb and demanded 500 rs for just the visit! Moreover he is not bothered to open and check the outdoor unit to see what could be the problem with pcb (It could just be a burnt or faulty capacitor or resistor or diode) Based on error code, he is blindly asking us to replace the pcb which costs 12k. As pcb comes along with the fan pcb alone cannot be replaced and both should be replaced together. Seriously!!! What the crap!! Do daikin so called world class company designs so badly? And why the hell do i need a technician to visit my place and paid 500 if he is just checking the error code on remote and suggesting a whole part replacement wihout checking the option of repair. Can't i check the error code my self?? Daikin customer care, is the statement by your technician true that pcb along with the fan should be blindly replaced for error code u2 and it costs 12k and there is no option of repair?
