Frequently cut off of electricity

On date 11/9/2915 power was cut for 10 a.m. to 3:30p.m. again on the power was cut of for 5:24p.m. to 6:45p.m. next day I.e. 12/9/2015 for 10:00a.m. to 10:45a.m. same day again it has been cut of for 12:00 to 6:00 p.m.and same day third time power was cut off for 11:00 p.m. till now. The most irritating thing when we call at GEB on landline no.[protected] either they don't receive the call or it sounds busy as they keep the receiver on...

It is very ridiculous that due to not that much heavy rain power supply stop for whole night at udvada orwad village...we. Haven't sleep properly even children sleep also disturb...this is so cheap...we have paying bill regularly but we haven't satisfied with the service...

    Customer num- 62708
    I paid may bil amount rs.258107 in 24 may 2024 through rtgs. Rtgs num- BKIDA[protected].

    Than after from last two month above amout show due in bill. I already submitt application and my statment regarding this payment to your bhatkol/palod dgvcl office on last month. But they still not update and i got again that amount due in bill with late payment charges. I request you to please update this amount and remove that due from bill.
    I also attached my statement with marking amount which i paid in 24may.
    I hope i got reply soon.

        Iss address ke room me rehne waale electricity chori kar rahe hai. Inhone direct wire pole pe daal diya hai. Yeh log 3 mahine se electricity chori kar rahe hai. isliye mai request karti hu ki koi liya jaaye.

          Dear Sir/Ma'am,

          Sincerely thanks for the prompt service provided by DGVCL.

          But since May 2023 I have raised a complaint regarding my electricity bill where 3 phase load is not showing which was done in the year 2017 (Documents Attached).

          In the month of May 2023 (10/05/2023) I visited DGVCL Althan branch & met with an Engineer regarding the same. He asked me to give a written complaint & we will surely resolve the issue & I did so.

          I was then in the impression that it will be done shortly but again visited the same branch recently & enquired about the same, so the desk officer asked me to meet Dy. engineer for the same, but he was unavailable, continued for 3 days (between 9:30-10 am) I visited the branch, but Dy. Engineer went on site visit, so my issue was not discussed.

          I request your sincere intervention to resolve the matter.

              From ashirwad villa society there is power interruption - any one phase powercut at midnight 24 sept., fault centre said to call our electrician bcz society has underground wiring.its not single house's internal problem & every time we are said to call our electrician anyhow & they deny to come at time. Subdivision is althan . new cables are replaced by society.many houses have uploaded load but always facing power fluctuations & powercut . V.Disappointed with irresponsible answer from fault centre after paying regularly since years

                ખોટી રીતે મીટર નું રીડિંગ વાંચ્યા વગર એવરેજ બિલ આપી દીધેલ છે
                મારે ફ્લેટ છે.ફ્લેટ-C4-408 ગઢપુર ટાઉનશીપ, પાસોદરા રહું છું. તમારો માણસ મીટર જોયા વગર જ 280 યુનિટ નું 2232 બિલ લખી ને જતો રહ્યો છે, હાલ નું રીડિંગ-13994, પાછળ નું રીડિંગ-13994. વપરાશ-280યુનિટ.
                હવે આવતા બિલ ના રીડિંગ માં 13994 થી જ ગણાશે એટલે 200+300=500 યુનિટ નું બિલ આવશે.તેમાં વપરાશ પણ 500 યુનિટ લખાશે.ભાવ પણ 500 યુનિટ નો વધારે હોય.તો આવું નહિ ચાલે મારે ગ્રાહક સુરક્ષા માં ફરિયાદ કરવી પડશે.તો મને મારા ખરેખર બળેલ યુનિટ નું બિલ જ આપો.બીજા ચાર્જ પણ ખોટી રીતે લગાડેલ છે

                    જય ભારત સાથ જણાવવાનું કે હું ગઢપુર ટાઉનશીપ માં ફ્લેટ-C4-408 માં રહું છું.ગ્રાહક નં-[protected] છે.મારા ફ્લેટ માં ગ્રાઉન્ડ માં જ મિટર હોવા છતાં આપનો માણસ મીટર રીડિંગ વખતે મીટર જોયા વગર 280 યુનિટ નું 2238 બિલ આપેલ છે.હોવી આવતા બિલ માં કુલ યુનિટ લખી ને બિલ બનાવે છે એટલે 500 યુનિટ થઈ જાય એટલે યુનિટ નો ભાવ ખૂબ વધારે લાગે. તો મારે ખરેખર જે યુનિટ બળેલ છે તેનું બિલ આપો.

                      Dear Support Team,

                      Kindly update us on below request as its URGENT for us.
                      I would like to request to check my GEB meter installed in parking area along with wiring, my home address (C-409, Mordhwaj Apt., Near Gujarat gas company, Adajan, Surat).
                      As per my observation our meter is not functioning properly or we have doubted the wiring is not proper and is been miss used. We have 4 floury building and my home is on 4th floor and meter is on ground floor.

                                The power Fluctuations in our supply has been consistent from DGVCL ever since we've had connection in Ankleshwar, Juni Divi. The AC does not work due to same. We've reached out to office and they ask us to par hefty amount to get a separate transformer for us.

                                  We are facing multiple disruption in electric supply. 5 times electricity cut off in just 2 mins. I believe this kind of supply is not appropriated by customer and this may damages our electric appliances. This is summer time and 40° temperature is also playing his part .

                                  Request to stop this blinking electricity supply and provide seamless electricity for that please check with your system.

                                  If no resolution from your side will make us to do MD complaint and raise our voice to Jasmine Ji.
