I am resident from Seema Nagar Rander Road, facing problems of high voltage and electricity getting cut consistently tonight.

The power Fluctuations in our supply has been consistent from DGVCL ever since we've had connection in Ankleshwar, Juni Divi. The AC does not work due to same. We've reached out to office and they ask us to par hefty amount to get a separate transformer for us.

We are facing multiple disruption in electric supply. 5 times electricity cut off in just 2 mins. I believe this kind of supply is not appropriated by customer and this may damages our electric appliances. This is summer time and 40° temperature is also playing his part .

Request to stop this blinking electricity supply and provide seamless electricity for that please check with your system.

If no resolution from your side will make us to do MD complaint and raise our voice to Jasmine Ji.

We have received the bill amount more than consumption of electricity in the month of JAN-FEB 2023. 1503 because our house was locked and we went to native places. In the month of NOV-DEC 2022 the bill amount was 2068 it was in winter season.so please solve this issue as soon as possible

as per your employee we have paid bill and ask him to come and join my connection but till they do not come here from since morning. and we have to stay without light after paid money and unnecessary they got money from us which is Rs.118/-, and still they haven't come here for join our connection so we do it ourself and your employee is completely useless you are paid wrong person.

it is time to government should take action against this ridicules person, they got money from us and do not work. each and every person should suspend from here.

High voltage power supply daily in nigh hours in Bhagdawad, Valsad

Dear sir,
I have received bill of NOV-DEC 2022 tomorrow and it is 1390/- this bill amount is not digest to me because from 02/12/2022 to 27/12/2022 there was locked at home, we were gone to native place. So how this is possible that 1390 is our bill amount. And other side there is the season of winter so no fan is required. And light is always off from morning to evening due to road side flat. Please solve this issue.

Respected Yogesh Choudhry Sir,

we again would like to remind your good offices that we have submitted all required necessary docs for testing of HT meters along with testing fees on 21st Dec 2022 DD attached herewith for your ready reference. It is almost one week it is under testing in Surat, still how long it will take to get it tested and get it installed at our premises so that we can use our installed solar system just lying idle in absence of the meters. We are really very much surprised to see such sluggish approach of your subordinates taking so much time to test the meters. Well, I am not a technical qualified person of this field, but I inquired to some of my friends who are electric engineers of this field, and they said it does not take such long time to test the meters, then why so?? We are paying per day Rs.4000/- for our light bill (Monthly bill is Rs.120000-) even though we have invested Rs.95 lacs in solar system along with solar infrastructure, we are suffering, and we feel that we had committed a very big crime to put a solar system. I have sent a CC to our Honurable prime minister to bring to his knowledge that what is happening at the grass root level at DGVCL in your home state Gujarat, he is very optimistic for going for Natural source of energy for Industry so that the more power can be given to farmers, but the bureaucracy in India is the biggest obstacle for the growth of our Nation, We are also in touch with hon PM on twitter handle and we keep on informing at times as alert citizen of India and always action is taken directly or indirectly from PMO office if it is a genuine complaint.

We have also escalated in your grievance cell .

Looking forward for your prompt actions for this subject.

I applied for the new residential connection,
It's been a month, we have not received connection yet, I reached out to local GEB (DGVCL) office, they said they don't have wire!! It might take one more month!!!
Two months waiting time for just residential meter?
Nearest connection is only 100-150 meter away.
Please help us.

Dear Sir, since last few days in dgvcl power issue going on. Every 4-5 days power gone. Today bcoz of power frustration my tv & refrigerator mother board gor fired. Total expense behind it 23500/-. Kindly reimburse it bcoz you dgvcl not able to solve issue.

My staff was doing payment of Electric bill, but to due Internet issue payment had done twice time bill payment amount is 4713.05 which i had already paid and second amount of rupees 4719.05 on 14/09/2022 from ICICI Net banking that payment has done by mistake, due to internet issue

So please team refund my extra amount in my account.

Hello sir/madam,
I'm a customer of dgvcl (uttran). My consumer number is 44470/18362/8.
I have suffering from a huge amount of electricity bill. I have already complained to the dgvcl about this matter but the issue does not resolve. I have used minimum electronic use, but the value of the bill is very high.
Just check the bill jump six-time, compared to normal bill, and our near office used more than us still their bill is 50 % o[censored]s.
I already give notice to them for problems. They come and check the meter after they say there was no problem and give the receipt to us.
We will send and enclose with this complaint, all the copies of bills and receipts and the complaint letter.
After closing the all light points, the meter still works, no any geb officer accepts ( kevat sir ) and gives a different excuse,
How can normal people can live in this society, if this type of loot, and deficiency of services
Please take necessary steps against them.
