Dgvcl Balitha Vapi — Frequently cut off of electricity

On date 11/9/2915 power was cut for 10 a.m. to 3:30p.m. again on the power was cut of for 5:24p.m. to 6:45p.m. next day I.e. 12/9/2015 for 10:00a.m. to 10:45a.m. same day again it has been cut of for 12:00 to 6:00 p.m.and same day third time power was cut off for 11:00 p.m. till now. The most irritating thing when we call at GEB on landline no.[protected] either they don't receive the call or it sounds busy as they keep the receiver on a side. This is really unfair as we use to suffer whole day and night with small kids, this really so painful and irritating. It's my humble request kindly sort out this problem
