This is to bring in your notice that billing cycle of new colony sub division has created hurdle for consumers by asking them to pay large amount of electricity bills. See below one of the issue:

No meter reading recorded in may'17. May'17 bill is being generated on pr basis. Units billed is 3480. Which is very high as compare to 12 months rolling average.

Bill amount is inr 26, 509 which is very large amount to pay.

Request you to take actual units consumed in consideration and reissue the bill for may'17 cycle.
