Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam — High Bill received on "pr" reading basis

Hello team,

This is to bring in your notice that billing cycle of palam vihar, Gurgaon sub division has created hurdle for consumers by asking them to pay large amount of electricity bills. See below one of the issue:

But still hardcopy of bill not recieved but text message on my phone coming on 13 Dec'20
Sub division: G24-Maruti

Division: Sub Urban Gurgaon

No meter reading recorded in previous 2 bills period of 19 Jul'20 - 20 Sep'20 20 and Sep'20 - 20th Nov'20 bill is being generated on pr basis. Units billed is 3373.98 in Nov'20 bill. Which is very high as compare to 12 months rolling average.
