Datawind — My Tabl 7CZ received in damaged condition, Amount Paid Rs.4000/-. | |||
Sir, Datawind people called and asked me to upgrade my UBISLATE with 7CZ under buy back scheme for which they asked me to pay Rs.4000/- to the courier on delivery. I received the product but in damaged condition when I asked the courier person he said talk to Datawind they will solve the problem and took amount from me. Their Invoice No. TIBD[protected] Dated: 27-Jun-2014 and sent thru BLUEDART Courier. When I called Datawind Technical People they asked me to send back the tab to them, they will replace with new, by courier and I paid Rs.500/- and sent thru Professional Courier AIRWAY BILL No. *PRO1422234* Dated :[protected] to Gurgaon Address as advices by Datawind. When every I am enquiring about my device I am getting the same answer to wait for 7 days, so far I have not receive my device. Even today also I and got the same reply wait for 7 days. They are playing with the costumers and collecting the money in advance and kept waiting for days and days Kindly look into matter in this regard. I will be grateful to you.
