Datawind — REFUND OF REGISTRATION MONEY | |||
I have booked one Ubislate-1 in India with Rs.2999/- on April, 2012 vide Registration No.PM28631420DE but did not get the product delivered till Dec, 2012. I therefore prayed for refund of booking money for delay in delivery of the product. During March, 2013 they despatched the product through the courier demanding Rs.1500/- more to take delivery of the product. I refused to take delivery on paying Rs.1500/- and the same was returned back. But they have not refunded the Registration money till date. I am giving the payment details as follow. Thanks for your quick response.In this connection it may be said that the cheque number mentioned in the complaint will be 704637 dt 24.5.2012 instead of 704643 dt.24.5..2012 which occoured due to oversight.The matter is brought to my notice during telephonic discussion held by Datawind team today at 3-47 pm. The inconvenience thus caused is regretted. However scan copy of the Bank statement follows.
