Dear Sir/Mam, with ref to above subject, i sent the newly purchased damaged item for replacement to your gurgaon address & it reached to u on 1 August 2014. after that i done 4-5 times telephonic discussion with your customer csre representive. they told me that u will get replaced device within 10-15 days, but now 16 days are completed & i havent get replaced device.i got this device by Bluedart courior as damaged screen piece item on 22 July 2014. please lokk into it & send my device immediately.
