[Resolved] Datawind — Tab bought and returned due to damage receipt, but not got back. | |||
Had bought a TAB on Feb 1st week 2014 from Aakash - Datawind - Model no - 7Cz UBI Slate with Key board case. When the parcel reached home, key board was damaged, screen looks old as scratches were more & battery draining off within 15 minutes of audio / video start and this was intimated thru mail / phone immediately within 24 hours. With great difficulty after a month, they gave address of Pune Pimpri area franchisee to deposit, which was deposited on March 1st week, But then after followed up continuously thru phone / mail / visit to PImpri franchisee, had no use even till date. once in 45 days, after my followup of three or four mails, get reply from Simranjeet Kaur (simranjeet.[protected]@datawindcorp.com), stating that we are trying to solve your issues, kindly wait. But this is happening for 5 full months + some days, where no response from DATAWIND since a month now. Its really tiring and being night mare to have money spent and not getting the dream TAB in hand now. Request your help please. Was this information helpful? | |||

Same thing happened with me today, bought two tablets from Tables Investment India pvt ltd, got couriour frm fedex today, both tablets screen damaged, call datawind, they provide me simram kaur email address, I paid 9300 cash to fedex delivery man.
