DCB Bank — Employee taken money and case still not approved

Hi,
i have applied for home loan of 50 lacs with DCB Bank in march and during discussion I have paid 50000 in cash to thr manager hassan musavir [protected]. he told me that due to issues in my civil report this amont will be paid to get approval. and if not, he assured me that he will get my case approved from other bank.
I have not got sanction from any bank till date..mr musavir is not answering to my calls also..I dnt know where should i make complaint against such employees..pls help me
