      My cc account is in the dcb bank my acc no is[protected] and named shri venkatesh enterprises and the bank od limit is 7500000 station amount . the branch maneger is not inform mi the 4% forecloser charge at the star my lone they are sined the all huse dacument they are not disscuss mi the fourcloser charges and 2 years letter when me close my accunt at that time they says me, u can close your od but u paid the forecloser charges amount is 475000.00 this amount is huse plese help me .
      that time the branch maneger is rameswar biradar branc is in madalapur udgir dist latur maharastra

        MySelf SANKET SHARMA My Account No.[protected]. This account exist in Majitha Road, Ghala Mala chowk, Amritsar Branch. I have taken OD Loan limit against gold in January 2021 and i always serve monthly interest on time but January 2022 onwards DCB Bank reduced my OD limit from 90% to 75% without any prior intimation and my consent.
        Please share reasons for reducing limit although I have been making my interest payments time to time.
        I am being pressurized by bank to pay the difference amount but I am not in a position to pay due to family obligations.
        Please share the current status of my complaint.

          Respected Sir,
          I Dilip Kasaudhan having a Loan against property in DCB Bank Ludhiana Branch of Rs. 38.00 Lakhs and i have applied its Foreclosure on Dt. 22.11.2021 via Application No.CS569395 and the last date of Application for issuing Foreclosure was 10.12.2021
          But Still i have not received the Foreclosure.
          Respected Sir, When i had called to customer care on Dt.11.12.2021 than I had received a call from Mr. Chiranjan Sood and he told me to provide the sanction letter of HDFC Bank (where i am transferring the Loan) and Balance Sheet as on 31.03.2021, Than i provide it on same days of the call, But still i have not received my Foreclosure.
          And Mr. Chiranjan Sood is not picking my call and not replying to me on whatsapp.

          When i am calling to Customer care they are just giving me time like (24 hours, 48 hours two or three working days) since 11.12.2021.
          So, Sir Kindly do the needful job regarding this matter.

              The atm is cashless from last few months in our residencial area and this is not first time its happening regulerly,
              Peoples are facing problems they are not getting money for there urgent works coz of not a single another Atm is availble in distance of approx 1km.
              Please note this public issue and clear solve it as soon as possible and take a action amoung those people who are conected with this issue..

                I want to complain about the Working of dcb bank(meerut)... I want to transfer my laon from dcb bank to indian overseas bank(meerut) i have fullfill all the requirements of indian overseas bank but the dcb bank and their workers are not cooperating with me and indian overseas bank i am here to complain about the dcb bank please kindly take strict action against dcb bank they are not giving us thier FC REPORT (CLOSSING AMOUNT) they just keep on giving me 15 days time from 3-4 months and not giving me final report of the loan

                  I had Transfered 3000 Euros to pay fees to my sons college M/s.Munstar Technology college-IRELAND on 11 August 2021, & all the necessary Account no[protected] IBAN no-IE90 BOFI[protected]. was Provided including Beneficiary Name - MUNSTAR TECHONOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY-CORK, IRELAND was provided & it took 10 days to transfer Fees to Transfer college & the fees was not fully transfered to college only 2935Euros was transfered to the college Account & balance 65 Euros has been witheld in your Bank Account & i had requested your Grievance cell Executives to remit fees to my sons college if not send back 65 Euros to my account and they promised on 24th August 2021 that they will be sending back to my account and remittance copy to me and again on 30th August 2021 I spoke to your Executive Ms. Deepti and Mr. Jagadish they promised that it will be transferred definitely by 30th Evening and it was not transferred on 30th August. Today morning on 31st August 2021 when I called up your Executive Ms. Deepti the amount of 65 Euros will be transferred back to my account and so far I have not received. For your kind information I am mentioning my account number where it was originally transferred from this account. Bapu Shyam Sundar, A/c No. [protected], IFSC Code No. KVBL 0001313. I am a retired person and I cannot afford to loose this amount.
                  A line in reply will be highly appreciated. Kindly take immediate action and Refund the ammount do the neeful.

                    Dear sir/madam
                    I have current account in DCB Bank, in Shapar branch, in rajkot city, with name Uma industries. Account no.273xxxxxxxx505.

                    DC bank freeze my account two times.
                    I given all the required documents to DCB Bank when firstly account freeze. I asked to the branch manager, why my account is freeze, inspite of giving all required documents. They said that due to RBI guidelines. The actual reason they don't know.

                    During 2nd time one ECS from HDB Bank bounced due to account freeze and add Rs. 853/= as bounce charges in actual amount. Who will bear this charge . Please justify with proper answer .

                        I order realme 8 and 6 other items on flipkart by 26 june 2021 worth rupees ₹16853. order cancelled by flipkart by 28 june 2021. The refund initiated by the seller on 28june and said that the refund will success on by 6th july 2021. but the money was not received by the bank. I have a conversation with flipkart customer care regarding this problem they said that the money is send by us and not received by your bank .So they give me a reference no. .

                                I have taken home loan from DCB bank and started with paying my EMI from
                                FEB 2020. I have submitted all the required documents for PMAY CLSS scheme for MIG I to my Relationship Manager in March 2020.
                                It has been more than 8 months i am following with DCB bank to know about the progress about my request for PMAY CLSS scheme however i am not getting any updates.
                                I have escalted this to their highest escalation team nodal.[protected]@dcbbank.com however their is no updates from them.
                                DCB bank is not processing my document to generate application id from PMAY CLSS.
                                I will never again be a customer of DCB bank and I am also planning to withdraw my FD with them.

                                    I have also complained many times. Dcb which is brach in jagraon city. The bank manager of the branch, while giving me the loan, told me the lie by telling lic of birla surya jeevan. It is in need of a lic loan and i agreed that you would have to take this lic. But when i come to know that they are cheating on me. I have been complaining ever since. I had money in my account but lic's second emi was cut again. I was not given any information about it. And now sending me the notice. That the people of my loan bank are doing npa, it is not my fault. For this reason i want birla sun life policy number[protected] to be canceled and my money returned to 103350 / - and my loan be regularized

                                      The bank (Dcb bank) not response to me properly, i want to transfer my loan to hdfc bank from dcb bank.
                                      For that require documents not receiving and their home branch in ahmedabad not response properly and not providing any documents like foreclosure letter or any other documents which i require from dcb bank for my loan transfer to other bank. Since 5th december 2019 i applied for documents.
                                      Every time i have to talk to customer care toll free number only, but not responded from there also.
                                      Please advice me what should and where i have to complain against dcb bank.

                                        This complaint is particularly for mira road - (Mira bhayandar road branch)

                                        I do not know why and how come a sales guy (G*esh) is allowed to revert to client for a query when they have customer service executives, other seniors, bom etc to reply and that too in such a rude tone. There was a task to be executed and i happen to ask the cse, as the cse was either not trained or didn't have knowledge, he asked that query to sales guy who in return replied in a very rude tone and impolite manner with half of the knowledge. Without complete knowledge, he started to explaining about the process in a very rude tone. Only when i made counter questions comparing to other branch, g*esh - the sales guy replied saying i don't know about other branch (He is based in the same branch that i was referring) but there is less staff so we cannot help you to resolve the task.

                                        My question is does the sales guy have such a right to communicate with client with such rude behavior? When you do not know what is happening in your branch, how can you be so sure about the process?

                                        Secondly, the branch operations manager at this branch gave explanation for the task as - i know my customers, i do not know you, it is the first time we are interacting etc.. We have less staff, i shall speak to my staff and if he gets time, he will resolve the issue, the issue will be resolved on the next day etc..

                                        My question to bom here is - why do you do the comparison between the clients you know and the clients you don't know personally? Aren't all the clients to be treated equally? Or this could mean is - only if you give us the business here at this branch then you shall get good service and co-operation. If your accounts belong to other branch then do not expect service.

                                        Lastly, the bom spoke to branch manager. When he came to know that the task is not related to opening an fd (Getting business for his branch) but something else, he did not seemed to be helpful as well.

                                        None of the staff was able to give alternative solution and/after knowing the actual requirement.

                                        The bank staff must be equipped with thorough knowledge of the process, well trained with manners and way of communication with clients, must be able to give alternative solutions to the clients after listening and understanding the actual need.
