[Resolved] Deals Market India — Online order delivery not completed or not refund my amount | |||
Sir, i have placed a order for qty-02 xiomi redmi note 4 mobile (4 gb, 64 gb) on 17 jun 17 vide order reference - bzcnzictr dated 17 jun 17 and invoice number #in000334 dated 17 jun 17 and payment rs. 22098/- paid by debit card (Payment method - ebs & carrier - deals market). It is confirmed by mail that my order has been cancelled and payment refund. Still it is not done and presently the site is not opening and customer care no. [protected] (Reliance fix number, bengaluru, karnataka) is not responding and phone cut off. Reply of e-mail is not made for refund. Pls do necessary action against fraud company and also payment gateway - ebs. Both companies are doing fraud with indian customers.in addition, you are requested to refund my rs. 22098/- to my account which is paid to deals market company through ebs gateway. This is a landline number and indicates the location as reliance Bangaluru, Karnataka, India .Either intimate me the position of my order or refund the amount deposited .

Refference my complaint dated 1July 2017 regarding non supply of redmi note 4 ( 3gb, 32gb), I have not received the phone till today . I have received a call from phone number[protected] stating that this call is from quality control department of Deals Market India . The caller stated to be representative of the company and enquired about my bank accounts details . She informed that money could only be refunded if you provide us the details of bank card number . As per instructions from the bank time to time it is suggested that such detail should not be provided to anyone . The company should send me a refund cheque on my address as all the details are available with company . Moreover Deals Market may contact me through SMS . The immediate action may be taken for refund of the amount deposited by me .
I became victim of fraud dealer. I placed an online order for Redmi Note (Gold, 32 GB) (3 GB RAM) order reference -QDUCUYCBQ invoice date: 17.06.2017 and order date 17.06.2017 with deals market. The payment of rs. 9349.15 was made thorough paytm. I also been trying to contact over the phone number : [protected], from last two days and i get the message "the operators are busy". Now when i try to

I had purchased the same through paytm by paying through axis bank credit card.They had given assurance to deliver the product within 5 to 6 days of placing order.After that both merchant: NATIONWIDE TECHNOL and [protected]@ dealsmarket.in were absconding fro web site around more than 5 months.Now [protected]@dealmarket.in is available in net. After placing order of redmi note 4 mobile of Rs 11049.15 through my credit card:4514 57XX XXX8 2393, the merchant:NATIONWIDE TECHNOL and [protected]@dealsmarket.in were absconding from WEBSITE and WEBSITE was not opening after 4-7 days of purchasing REDMI NOTE 4 MOBILE( 4gb ram, 64 ram & etc) on 15 Jun '17 and then not received any message from them.Their address were not available.Since your Axis Bank has the well developed advance software, you can easily find out the fraudulent and culprit from the initial date of my complain.Then how is it possible to close my service request?. How the service request was closed either without inquiring nor informing me.Are you sleeping more than 5 months? I Think, some your people were involved in this matter.Otherwise you can not give such type nonsense clarification.
