They introduced themselves through a phone call to my personal mobile number by offering a prize and to participate in a contest, and also adviced to purchase a product for the enrollment in the contest. I have transferred the amount to participate in Process.
now no one picking the call.

As others i was asked first to buy something from the online shopping which i deed but didn't recive the product yet.
Then i was told that of the two prizes iphone 6s and samsung tv 40 i have to choose one i chose iphone then came the charges issue i paid 6999 as process fees then 7525 as courier charge
Then after a day i was told that there is some issue with the product and the prize will be converted...

The caller identified herself as "sonam". she told me that this is a new website and for brand promotion they are giving away gift items (Ipad, Mobile Phone) to people who buy from their website. she said firstly you need to register on our website by purchase any product amount rs 499.

I received the calls from their one of executive named as “naina” on 9th june 2016.

As discused compony will provide Price money instalments dates & first inttalment will be credit in my account within 48 working hours, but still after 96 hours (four days) no one call me and if i will call on customer care number they will put me on hold & given a long time for waiting.
And not call backed....
