I dont received my product .
and as per my login account in site
is shows order has been completed .

The company executive make calls and said pls sign up and buy a product from our company u will get assured gift and at the time of gift the all cheater again demond for money, i had clear at the before sign up executive said u dont have to pay single rupee for price but after sign up required for buy product and again demond for money at the name of price and all, again and again make calls for money,

Respected sir, my name is Aniket Jadhav from Akurdi, Pune-33.maharashtra.
I received the first call from "www.dealsnshopping.com" company, The caller told me that this is a new website and for brand promotion they are giving away gift items (Ipad, Mobile Phone) to people who buy from their website. she said firstly you need to register on our website by purchase any product minimum amount. so i purchase a sunglasses of rs 100 then she said you"ll receive confirmation call from our side next day.
Next day i receive call [protected] and this time person who was takling told his name "Rajeev kumar". He told me that u hv won a prizes(dell laptop) 48000/-and for that i need to pay a registration fees 4500/-. So i completed that process.. After that nxt day i got a call that for delivery charges u need to pay 1500 'DHFL'. &7000/- for insurance for laptop incase any damage caused. And this amount will be refunded at the time of delivery by dhfl.
I Denied to pay more amount but mr.rajeev told me that you can trust on me we will surely give you your prize but you have to complete this process so that we can move your file further. As said by Him I made a Payment of 8500/- after that he called me and said that I will proceed further for you prize regarding… it will take about 48hrs.
Next day i received call from phone and He asked for my photo ID & passport size photo
to be mailed to [protected]@dealsnshopping.com. I did the same immediately. While I got the payment confirmation from my bank I did not get any confirmation from their website nor any call.
After two days I got a call and they said that sir you have to have to make a payment of 7500/- for cheque release (2500/- each for 3 cheques). I said them that I cannot make this payment as I don’t have money. But after a long talk(argument) with Mr. Rajeev he said that if you make this payment you will get a call from bank for confirmation your account and details and he convinced me to pay the amount and said that he will take the responsibility. I asked him that if they ask me to pay more amount after this I’m not going to pay it and they will refund me my full amount which I have paid up till. So mr.rajeev said yes sir sure. The second day I made a payment of 7500/- (the total amount I paid till now is 20000/-). In between they called me and offered me that sir you can take your cash prize or we can give you royal Enfield bullet bike. I refused it and said that please return me my amount and don’t want to continue keep your prize with you only.

After some days I got a call and they said that sir you have this much prize amount and I have received your file so we have to move further for completion of your file. And they said that sir for account linkup you have to pay some amount and your cheques will be released by us. The moment they said that you have to pay some amount… I requested them to cancel all my process and return me my full amount(20000/-), but they refused. They said that sir you complete this process (pay 13000/- for account linkup and we will give you your prize amount). But I denied it and requested them to give me my payment which I paid to them.
But Rajeev said me that sir it’s a long process and we can send you a product list you will have to select a product on which you have paid a amount already to us. But I denied because their product are too costly compare to other websites. And I don’t want any product from them I want my money back.
I have all call recordings from day1.

They are not refunding me my amount A week gone but no pone call come.
I humbly request you to please once investigate the matter and get me my money back.
I made mistake in trusting these people.

He told me your with in 24 hours your confirmation will done. I called him after 24 hours but he dint reply me after received my call he told me i call you 2 min.
But he call next day some reason then he told me some problem in my process your order will confirm 14/06/2016 but still my order not confirmed.

I have recived a call from dealsnshopping regarding bisbash contest that you have won so and so price for which you have to complete some formalities...like wise they started with purchasing one product form their website...later on started asking for amount for different process like courier charges, tax and tds charge, cheque cleareance charge, and many others for which they ask to pay different diffent amounts like wise i have paid amount of 70000 so far...and still they are asking to pay 39000 for completion of process . Every time they ask for some process and say that this is final process like wise tey have cheated and now not ready to pay my amount refunded.

First of all I got a call from Dealsnshopping and they asked me to buy something, I bought a pair of shoes. Then they told me that you can take the free survey and you can win a Laptop. I said them no. They told me that its a free survey then I replied ok. But after 2 days they asked me my address and I confirmed them My address, This is because to attract me to to push me into ignorance. But after that they told me that you need to pay an amount of 7700 and you will get the laptop, I asked why then they replied that It will be due to insurence of the product/Laptop we are sending to you. I said ok and I paid them 7700. After that 5 days gone and I didn't even got the tracking details of my item, no email from them. Nothing at all.
I tried customer care repeatedly and they picked the phone after 3 days and said that we have many customers that's why we are busy always.

Again they asked me everything and irritated me everythime. Finally when I asked them about my payment. They said that you need to pay an amount of 12000. I shocked as I am a fool. If I will pay you 12000 and I have already paid them 7700 then Why should I go to them. Instead I should go to flipkart or amazon. So I told them that I am not going to pay at all. I have already lost 7700 and now I don't want to pay even a single coin.

So they cut the phone.
I was completely irritated. But I keep trying. after a week a girl 'SONIA' picked the phone and asked everything. I repeated everything from the begining, they were continuously frustating me and asking me to pay. But I finally told them that I want my money back and they were not agree. They said "You will get your money after one month of survey completion means after 2-3 months, Instead get any product from our site."

Then what can I do, I asked them to ship any product and then shipped a tablet, which is of no use. I gave that to a street boy.

That's the real incident and Finally I realized that you should never go for a RoadChaap company like DealsnShopping.

So i purchase a combo deals of rs 2499 then she said you”ll receive confirmation call from our side day.

Next day i receive call from pon no +[protected] and this time person who was takling told his name “rupesh”. He told me prizes are in two category fisrt is cash prize (Up to rs 100, 000) and second is laptop prize (69, 000) and he also said me i need to pay rs 10, 695.00 for this process.

I asked why to pay when you mention this as prize. “rupesh saini” said actually for security fee, insurence, tax, you need to pay and rs 10, 695.00 will refund in your website account wallet i.E. www.dealsnshopping.com account.

I told mr. Rupesh saini that i can only pay amount after the proudct recieve. “rupesh saini” no, i am said i fill that is fake site, then rupesh saini say my payment get way icici bank payment thru so at that time i paid rs.10, 695.00 rs. He said me to select product i choose electronic product as laptop and he said that i need to pay remaining amount for futher processing but i refuse. Then in evenign i received call from same number and this time the person who was on phone told is name “rajib” and told me thta i need to pay more qureer charges small more amount so he will process my file but i said, already sir, and mam told mr. Sandhia or prithibi chakarabroti, my all chargeses amount full completed now relase ur gift but next day said “rajib” qureyer some charges include why, then search this site google any ask question on google, then i have many info collected, then i said pls refunded my amount but “rajib”, told ur product, complete process and i wil dellivery rajib aur sinier said it is long process and you will get your product 10-20 days beacuase of lengthy process. Or delivery nahi hua to mera pasa refunded karega bol raha hai, rajib & oska sinier, [ (I am not spak to a good english) that all word copy or translate..]

My name is Riyaz Shaikh. I was contacted by some one from Dealsnshopping on February 8, 2016. They assured me a prize of Rs52000 if i pay them Rs8520.00. I paid them Rs8520.00 same day using my credit card. I called back and informed that I am not interested in the prize and want to opt out from the Prize. Hence I asked for a refund. Every time i called these guys they kept on post poning, saying that some one will call me regarding my refund.
One month down the line in first week of March I got a call from Ragghav Shrivastav and he said that he can refund half of the amount for the remaining half I will need to to buy a product. I did no agree with this and later on he told me that he will process a refun in 2 days. I waited for 2 days and I called back Mr Raghav Shrivastav, he told me that he was unable to process a refund and he is going on a leave. He told me that he assures me that on March 20th he will process a refund for the entire amount. I waited and have not yet receive any refund yet.

I have submitted complaint against dealsnshopping. com about not cancelling my order at 7:00 pm 5 feb 2016 and after immediatly of 45 mins i got call from number [protected] and saying that "Sir we cancelled your order and giving you return of your money just give me debit card number, expiry date, cvv number" and after that he saying me that i had sent you one confirmation code for transferring payment just give to me but actully it is not confirmation code its OTP from sbi bank for made payment to their account...

I want to file a complaint against dealsnshopping company because they are cheating and not refunding my money.
In detail, On 3rd Feb 2016 a lady namely "Divya" called me and introduced herself from dealsnshopping company. He told that their company is new shopping company and he said “ sir we saw your online shopping experience and we are giving some prizes to customer and prize will be cash and electronic gadgets and you are able to receive prize upto laptop, tablet etc provided I book any order on them.

She went on calling again & again and and after a long discussion I Just booked an order for Rs 499.00. Immediately after placement of order, I told as to the prizes which she told that I have to pay another sum of Rs 10000/- towards processing fees. When I told that I do not want to pay any thing more and let u tell your address at Delhi I shall collect personally, then she went on telling irrelevant and I told to cancel the order.”
Then when I found they are fraud company and I mailed to cancel the order and refund money which they did not. Instead that lady went on telling that we are providing another item free of cost when I told that you have charged 499.00 for a belt which is available at 175.00 in other sites,

Even they do not disclose their postal address when I asked to return the same. When I told to hand over all the recording to police and cyber crime department, they stopped talking to me. Now they are not refunding money and not responding properly. I want to warn all that BE AWARE of such fraud companies. I do not understand how AIRTEL has provided so many phones to them. They do not disclose any mobile number nor any postal address is available.

Government of India should take care and advise all Indian Public to be aware of such FRAUD companies.

I want to file a complaint against dealsnshopping company because they are cheating and not refunding my money.
In detail, On 12th september 2015 a person called me and introduced himself as “Rupesh” from dealsnshopping company. He told that their company is new shopping company and he said “ sir we saw your online shopping experience and we are giving some prizes to customer and prize will be cash and electronic gadgets and you are able to receive prize upto 1lakh rupees”
Then he said you only need to register on our website https://dealsnshopping.com and just purchase any product minimum amount of 499 rupees so you will also receive the product and also able to receive the prize.
So I purchased a product of 499 rupees on 12 september 2015 and he called me be back again and asked me which type prize you want to receive ? i told i want Cash prize . he told me i won a cash prize of 86000rs. and for this you need to pay 7749 rupees and i asked to “Rupesh” why should i pay? He said that is for the government security fee sum of 7749 rupees and also he told cash prize you will receive in three installement.
So i paid 7749 rs. on 12 th september 2015 through Payumoney gateway itself. After evening and he also asked me for some documents such as id proof and my account details so i gave them all.
After one week again he called me back to pay sum of 18000rs. as security deposit for the release of my cash prize. Again I paid that also on 17th september 2015. After when I asked for the cash prize they are not responding to me well.
After one week they called me back again and said you need to deposit another 16, 800rs. for the cheque clearance fee. I refused to pay that mobey. But, they convinced me a lot to pay that money. So, i paid the money on 30th september 2015 through payumoney gateway. They said they will immediately deposit my cash prize. After when I asked for the cash prize they said they haven't received the money from payumoney.com. They started refusing my call and not responding to me well. So, asked for the refund they didn't respond to me. So, i spoke to payumoney for the refund. After a long time my 18000rs was only refunded from payumoney.
Remaining 7749rs. & 16800rs. was not refunded.
Kindly, please help me to get my money back.
I want the refund for 1) 7749rs. and 2) 16800rs.

This is not a legitimate company. A group of people from Delhi making telemarketing calls and cheating people. They take all the personal and banking details from the customer and misuse them.They are using a third party payment gateway where customer can not claim for any refund. They take money from the people by giving wrong commitment ( such as cash prize, electronic gadgets, diamond etc). I paid Rs.500.00 for a t shirts but still now i didn't receive it and also no tracking info. I am going to post this to every where in every forum to alert people. http://dealsnshopping.com/ this domain has taken from godaddy we can easy find the domain owner.
