Hello Team,

My name is Riyaz Shaikh, I receive a call on 08/02/2016 from dealsnshopping.com claiming that my email id has been selected for winning Rs 52, 000.00 Rs cash prize or a Bran new Electronic. However in order to get this prize I will need to make a small payment of Rs 8, 520.00. This payment will also be reverted back to my bank along with the winning money. The total winning amount of Rs 52, 000.00 will be transferred to my saving account in 2 installaments. They said that I will get a call back in 2 days and every time I call them they keep on pushing saying that I will be contacted in another 24 hrs.

I paid them Rs8520.00 using my Credit Card. Please help me getting my money Back from these Frauds.

Today (13 Feb 2016) received a call from Delhi from this company. Asking to buy a product and in return they will give you a gift.

Guys don't fall for this trap. Seriously.

Myself Mathew, Last week one phone call from a Delhi landline came, a women, introduced herself as Anitha from Dealsn shopping, told me that I have won a prize and buy any thing from their new site and that they will send the prize with no extra cost. I ordered one jeans which has mrp of 2590/- and after discount it is for rs 999/- so I paid for that. The next day another person called and said to transfer Rs 7570/- for processing and other expenses for sending the prize laptop.I declined the offer and said don't want your prize. After that they are not sending the jeans I ordered. After repeated reminders by e mail and phone calls, they send a local material wich you get below for Rs 300/- in local market.
How can we ban their fraud business.

I got a call on 11 jan with no. [protected] and the caller surname in sandeep Rawat saying to purchase any cheapest product from there site and they will surely give me a gift (24" Samsung LED TV) after ordering i will get a confirmation call but i did not got any call till now they said they are giving this gift to some randomly selected online customers i did not got any mail regarding my order id is[protected] and Ebry Men's T-Shirts - Pack of 3 Combo
think this site is fraud please solve my issue if anyone can. my name rajashekar h t mobile no. I have submitted complaint against dealsnshopping.com about not cancelling my order at 7:00 pm 5 feb 2016 and after immediatly of 45 mins i got call from number [protected] and saying that "Sir we cancelled your order and giving you return of your money just give me debit card number, expiry date, cvv number" and after that he saying me that i had sent you one confirmation code for transferring payment just give to me but actully it is not confirmation code its OTP from sbi bank for made payment to their account. i am just getting spark in my mind & saying some blah blah balh to him and cut off phone. After that call to sbi atm customer care and block my ATM.

also confirmed it to "mr. garuav mehta" on 05 feb 2016 and told him about cancelling order but he told me that "please sir do not such thing its question is of our prestig and we will give you price how ever you dont need to do any payout". but i just want to cancell my order of 399 rs and wand return my money
i not received answer.
i am not happy sir with your service.

This is Aditya Dhanuka, a resident of kolkata.
Please refer the caption for my grievance.

I received the first call from this company on 18th December 2015 at 01:26 PM from +[protected].
The caller identified himself as Shiven.
He told me that this is a new website and for brand promotion they are giving away gift items (Ipad, Mobile Phone) to people who buy from their website.
I was not at all convinced on his assertions, and cross questioned him a lot.
However finally I bought a shirt of value INR 999 from their website through Credit Card payment.

The caller Shiven then also told me that I would be getting a confirmation call before 6 PM for my gift. However I did not get any call.
So I called their number back at 05:51 PM. I was told that they would call back and confirm in 10 minutes. The person who identified himself then was Rajiv and claimed to be the sales manager.
yet I did not received any call.
Finally on calling back at 06:46 PM I was told that everyone has left for the day and the office is closed.

The next day on 19th of December I called them thrice on 5:18 PM twice & on 5:31 PM but it went unanswered.

On 21st December I called them on 11:50 AM and was told to call back in some time.
On calling back at 12:12 PM i was told that the confirmation call would be made in 2 hours, before 2:00 PM.
I got no call and again called back on 4:09 PM, and I was told that I would get this call the next day.

However I received a call from their number +[protected].
The called identified himself as Rahul Bajaj from the contest department.
He apologized to me for the delay and again coaxed me to pay INR 11256 to get the gift of INR 48000.
He also gave me a link showing the contest details. - https://dealsnshopping.com/bigbash/index.php
He said a special link is created for my ID which is available under their category of electronics and sub category camera.
The said link only asked for a payment of INR 11, 256 and did not mention any detail. ( The said link is however active even till date. )
The conversation lasted for 58:32 minutes and he coaxed me too much.
Finally I made the payment.
He also asked for my photo ID & Address proof along with a passport size photo
to be mailed to [protected]@dealsnshopping.com.
I did the same immediately.
He told me I would be getting an online confirmation from their website, and that he would back the next day at noon to confirm.
While I got the payment confirmation from my bank I did not get any confirmation from their website nor any call.

Then on 22nd December I called up at 2:30 PM to the number +[protected] which went unanswered.

I dialled their helpline number listed on their website +[protected] to which a person named Rajesh answered.
On giving my details he was least interested in talking further and disconnected the call saying I would be getting a call back.
I did not get any call back and therefore myself again called their number +[protected] at 3:00 PM.
Once again I was said that I would be getting a call back in 5 minutes but nothing has happened.
at 3:34 PM i again made a call and was told that Rahul Bajaj is unavailable at the moment and that I would be getting a call from him in next 10 minutes.

The next day on 23rd December I further received a call again saying that my prize would be processed but I would have to give a nominee. ON providing the said details, they asked me to make a further deposit on INR 17, 000/- as final processing fees.
I on that occasion refused payment and expressly told them that they are just fooling people. I want my refund back. The said executive then mentioned above Rahul Bajaj called me in the evening again, and persuaded me to make the payment arguing that they are very genuine.

When I did not accede to his persuasions, he simply challenged me to go ahead and do anything I could do against them.

They have disappeared since then, and no replies are received on calling them back.


Also I was assured delivery within 3 days, however till date I am yet to received any goods.
The status in their website is also showing as order completed and I cannot at all track my order.

I humbly request you to please once investigate the matter and get me my money back.
I made a huge mistake in trusting these people.
Sincerely request you to save my money from them.

Sir i want to complaint against dealsnshopping company because i am telling you what happend with me in detail
On 9 january 2016 a lady phone came and she told her name “sonia” and told she is calling from dealsnshopping company. She told that their company is new shopping company and she said “ sir we saw your online shopping experience and we are giving some prizes to customer and prize will be cash and electronic gadagets and you are able to receive prize upto 36000 rupees”
Then she said you only need to register on our website https://dealsnshopping.com and just purchase any product minimum amount of 299 rupees so you will also receive the product and also able to receive the prize.
So sir i registred and purchase a product of 499 rupees on 9 january 2016 and she said next day you will receive confirmation call.
On next day call from dealsnshopping company came and a person which was on phone told his name “rahul bajaj” and he said “ mr. Mahendra which type prize you want to receive ? i told i want Cash prize . he told me cash prize is upto 36000 rupees and for this you need to pay 10694 rupees and i asked to “rahul” why should i pay when you told me that it is prize he said due to government security fee you firslty need to pay upto 10694 rupees and also he told cash prize you will receive in three installement.
So i paid them 10694 ruppes on 11 janaury 2016 in evening and he also asked me for some documents such as id proof and my account details so i gave them but due to some financial problem in my family i called them on 12 janaury 2016 and told that “ rahul ” i quit and please refund my money because i need cause of financial problem in my family so “rahul “ said ok no problem i’ll call you after some time and some hours he called me and said “ ok, discussed your matter to senior officers and you will receive your money in your account hardly on 18 january to 20 jaunary( Monday to Wednesday) and i waited till 20 January but i not receive any amount and 20 january when i called them he told “sorry, process will take more time and that can be 2 days...march or upto april month”.
Sir he did not gave me response and also did not tell any date...they are not giving me sufficient answer. I called 20 january but he was not coming on phone ... hardly he came on phone in the evening.
Sir maine unko aaj 21 january ko bi phone kia but ek bar bhi meri baat nhi krayi gyi naa “raul” se naa kisi aur se. “sonia” ne bola that 6 pm tak kese bi bat ho jayegi lekin sir bat hui nhi mene kai bar phone kia ...koi b responce nhi mila.
Sir please help me to get my back money.

monday to wednsday) but till 20 january i did not recevie any amount so i

procedure time will take more time and it can be 2 days...march or upto
April month ...no fix date"
sir i did not receive any response from your company why money not refunded
till 18 to 20 January when you told me on 12 january that hardly 18 to 20
jan, you will get.

Hello, Dealsnshopping is Fake company, person from this company just called me and said i were chosen from e-commerce media to get the gift of samsung LCD TV and to get that i have to make any amount order from website. I am a software Engineer, i found this condition little fake and i gotta confusion that they will hack the credit/debit card details while doing payment. Then i ask him to send me same information on my mail as well which he is telling me verbally, he refuse to do that and making some stupid reasons, then after talking on this for 5-10 mins i make him so angry then he accepted that he is fake and start talking me in hindi with local Haryana language accent. I Feel to share this scenario here so that people should be aware about such fraud companies.

Latter they informed you have qualified that assure gift Cash/Jewellery/ Diamonds/Electronic devices with in 24 hours. Next day(05.12.2015) call received from [protected](Dealsnshopping.com). "you have won Rs. 60000/- worth cash price. same to be transfer to your saving account within weekdays time. process charges 12529/- to be transfer though on-line (Debit/Credit card) their account, same was forced to do. I'm disagreed to do, latter they offered Equal instalment option. but i'm rejected to do. Be alert always.

Ye company phele prize ka lalach deti hai, phir apko roz ph. karti hai, jab tak ki aap unke prize k lalach me na aa jaye, phir apse prize k nam se paise mangti hai...or deti kuch ni...fraud company hai. please is company is kuch mat lena, refund b kuch ni milega. Regards, Raman

Just like Sandy & pranay i also received the call regarding promotional offers. I made a purchase of one Track Pant for Rs. 499 on 10-oct-2015. i asked about the prize, than they told u will get call within 48 hours . i got a call sir i send ur file to our server department and u got a 2 prices one is cash prices and another is Electronic product. than i told it just send it electronic product but they demanded money. sir, 20000 Rs gift he to 3000 to 4000 Rs dene me kya problem he. Now there is no way seems to return the product. i paid the amount by credit card i told him pls, send the product on priority basis or i will put this transaction on Disputed Transaction.

I got a call from dealsnshopping regarding product purchase and a free promotional gift of about Rs.8000. I ordered a sandals of Rs.499 on 30th Aug. and i was assured about the gift.The executive Lucky assured me that I will get a confirmation call regarding product n also a call for the promotional gift. But I didn't received any call regarding product or gift. 15 days later I received a sandals of wrong size. Inspite of my so many calls n mails they are not replacing my product n also no information regarding the gift. Its a fraud site. I highly recommend to all people reading this review do not buy anything from dealsnshopping. Whenever I call them they says that there courier boy will come n take the product n once the product reaches us we will send you the correct product. Whenever I call them they says "ma'm within 1hour you will receive the call" There 1hour has not came since 20days.

Just like Pranay, i also received the call regarding promotional offers. I made a purchase of one pair shoes for Rs. 499 on 27-Sep-2015. After receiving the product around on 30 sep or 1 oct, 2015, i asked about the prize, then i was told to get it declared within next 3-4 days. At last, i was told that i need to pay around 3000 Rs. to claim my prize. When i asked customer care about same, i received a ridiculous answer that, "Sir aap kyon sochte hain ki koi aapko free mein kuch dega". hahaha...what a reply. Now there is no way seems to return the product. Their site is crashed whenever i try logging in. No one is helping out to let me know the process of product return. I have already informed PayUmoney about it. I hope PayUmoney can help people like us. Anyone with similar problems, please contact PayUmoney and inform them about such false practices and telling money that PayUmoney is involved so your money is safe.
