Respected sir/mam, i dr rohit kasat, brought new honda wrv from aurangabad showroom last month. At point of sale ur customer care executive told us about non availability of car cover and he will provide you at the time of first service. When we come for first service we came to know that so many things he didn't provide which he promised before purchasing and given car in so called low price at the cost of those things like rac, car cover, car coating, etc etc... Sir my maternal uncle forced me to buy honda but m really unhappy with your commitment. Many calls are coming from showroom to buy this n that within 50days otherwise price will increase..
