We had sent our car for servicing on few demanded repairs and general servicing. The car is BRIO HONDA. The work on it has not been done well and there are still few things which are not functioning properly and can be seen through by the customer themselves, I kindly request a refund on my payment as I am absolutely not satisfied with the treatment given to us and not working on repairing the car properly. I made a private call to the service manager as well and I was blatantly overheard. I request and immediate action and further action on reimbursement as well. Please and thank you.
