Deccan Honda — Problem with AC for last 8 years - problem that Deccan Honda Satara Road could never solve

I bought my car, a Honda City 2012 model from Deccan Honda. Within a few months I had a problem where the AC started having complaints - I could hear a metallic sound and the cooling was very low. I reported it in ~March 2013. At that time I was given a gas refill and was sent back. There was no fix. Then the problem recurred - same problem again in some time. Now the average time it takes for this problem to recur is between 15-18 months. I came with a complaint in 2014or 2015. and again in 2016 the same problem recurred - some part was changed. I was asked to check - the problem always seemed temporarily to be handled but it never goes away. It recurred again in Jan 2018. The fix at that time was again a refill, change of AC filter and I was sent away. In 2020 I got the problem again. I could not get it to the service center because of the pandemic. Now when I took the car again for servicing, Deccan Honda service representative - Mr. Ganesh Dharmadhikari refused to acknowledge this as a repeat complaint because it did not recur in the same year. He is now charging me to refill the gas even for investigation. I find this is a clear case of inefficiency and cheating. My trust in Honda cars is shaken. It has given me a lot of distress. I really hope my charges for this complaint is reversed and a more permanent fix is provided.
