Deccan Honda — Rude behaviour and dissatisfaction on the service provided

Hi,

I had recently submitted my car for body shop work at Deccan Honda, Dhankawadi Branch Pune.
Usually it takes 3-5 days at maximum to finish this work.

However, here the service advisor named "Shubham Shinde" giving unusual reasons extended work and handed over my vehicle post 10-11 days.

Additionally there is constant concern about cleaning work which gets collected in the form of feedback but never gets acted upon. On top of that the service advisor named Shubham Shinde behaves defensive to push back the corrective action.

The service provider and their staffs required to be serving professional and upto customer satisfaction.
Else their services center licensing to be revoked.
