[Resolved]  Deccan Honda — complaint- against poor/delayed repair/service -MH01-AE- 9211( civic)

This is a compalint for extremely poor service quality and extremely bad customer care on the part of advisor and his head in Deccan Honda pune. I had sent my car ( honda civic) to Deccan honda pune on 10.10.13 for changing brake pipe. Mr Aniruddh was the person concerned. but the car was only serviced ( which was not even necessary) and brake pipe was not changed despite my repeated instructions. I told Mr Aniruddh and Mr Dinesh ( the head of service department) on 11.10.13 about this lapse and again requested to change the pipe. They said that pipe was not available and that it has to come from NOIDA . They said that it is being ordered as requested by me . Even after 10 days, the pipe has not arrived and the car is not repaired. Despite repeated calls to Mr Aniruddh and Mr Dinesh, no action is being taken nor am I being kept informed. More than the part, it is the apathy and negligence of the persons concerned that I am aggrieved about. Why should it take more than 10 days for the part to arrive ? when was the part ordered ? if there was a delay in ordering the part, who is responsible ? I would like you to enquire into the matter and take appropriate action against all the persons who have failed in their duty. Best Regards V K Gupta [protected]
