I have placed an order of "L Shape Sofa Cum Bed With Storage, Dark-Grey" from Deckup.in (https://deckup.in/p/l-shape-sofa-cum-bed-with-storage-dark-grey) on October 15th 2020. Paid the order Rs. 10, 550 through GPay (UPI Transaction ID:[protected]; Paid to: rpy.payto[protected]@icici; From: dutta.[protected]@okicici; Google Transaction ID: CICAgKCNp7SGHw). I have not received any payment confirmation nor any order confirmation from Deckup. Contacted them via the WhatsApp no. provided and no response received.
How should we go about getting the refund?
