I have ordered in Deja-vu Trends site on 6 th march but after not despaching item till 29 march 2014 i kept for cancallation for that order but till today i.e 17.5.2014 i have not got my refund amount to my credit card account there is no responce from customur care centre and not going any mails to customure suport telling account suspeded so please help me for my refund i have already in formed to credit card account bank about this issue so i request to u that how can i get back my account please help me my order no is[protected] amount 19400.64.on 6 march.

    i had ordered for an 1tb seagate hard disk on march 9th and still i've not received it yet. i tried calling the customer care but they are not picking up the call. the product has not been shipped yet. i tried to cancell the order but they didn't cancel the order either refund my money. my order number is #[protected] and invoice number is #[protected]. i want my money back.

        I have ordered the product of worth Rs. 5800 on feb 24 from dejavutrends.com. After two week of order I did not get the product. So asked them to refund money. The customer cares are trained in such a way to fool the people who is calling and now a days customer care also not available. Only mail support is available that to be automated. I couldn't contact those frauds. Still my money is not refunded I am posting mail by mails. From few websites I came to know many of peoples suffering this website. The website is still opened for online shopping.so please take care necessary steps to close this fraud online shopping service and get back our money.

          I have made a purchase of an IT peripheral via http://dejavutrends.com/ on[protected]. Invoice #[protected] for Order #[protected] I received the mail stating that the order has been placed. But I have not received any delivery nor its status. And later on[protected] I emailed the very same support and they have asked me to wait for the delivery and assured to get it delivered in 4-5 business days.I waited for more than that and still no response from the team. I was forced to cancel the order since I have purchased a new one after a long waiting period. And later on[protected] I cancelled the order and they warned that it may take up to 14 days for refund which I was OK since there is no point in waiting for more than 2 months.Still I have not received any refund for the payment and no delivery yet. I tried to contact the customer care number but it was out of order always. I have put online complaint through their portal and I did not get any response from them. (Suupport tickets #478019 and #671129)

                            Hi, my name is Santosh Upadhyay. i have ordered a Nokia phone on line from Deja-Vu Trends on 18th Feb'14, the order number was[protected]. Since i did not get the phone on time i cancelled my order on 27th Feb'14. I was informed that the money will be credited back to my account in 7 to 10 working days. I contacted them when i did not received the money but they said due to some internal issue will not be able to provide the funds will do it in next week. and after that whenever i tried to contact them they said the same thing. Now its been almost 2 moths but they are still replying the same. the customer care number given on the site is also not correct. Would request that such fraud site should be punished and closed ASAP. Also request to assist me to get my money back from the site.                               The mobile was ordered on 25th February 2014 in the website and it was supposed to be dispatched in less than 5 working days. Inspite of several phone calls and emails, my order was not dispatched, hence cancelled the order on 22nd March 2014. The refund amount was not yet credited into my account.Every time, they keep saying the same reason- will credit soon and we need some time. I need my money to be refunded.

                                    Dear concerned, We had ordered a printer Brother DCP-1511 Monochrome Multi-Function Laser printer on 3rd March and it is more than 1.5 months and they have yet not delivered. We call them they say they have backlog to complete and will send it after a week. It has been more than 5 weeks and no delivery. We fear it is a hoax company and have taken our money.                                     This is a fraud company. I also had placed an order but never received the goods. But I got my money back. I asked my credit card company HDFC to raise a dispute for the transaction for non delivery of goods. I got an interim credit in my account for the transaction.

                                      my complaint against DEJA-VU TRENDS (dejavutrends.com) I ordered a HP V218g 16GB Pen Drive on 21 Febrauary 2014 by DEJA-VU TRENDS (dejavutrends.com). My order number is 10001145. Product Still not delivered. many time i mail to them they are not given positive reply. their complaint ticket no. are 476408, 897201 and 206151. they are fraud and many customer are victom of this fraud company. Please take nessessary acttion against them
