Kind attention is invited towards order from Deja-Vu Trends for Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2014 1 PC 1 Year for which payment of Rs. 252.20 was made on Mon, Mar 10, 2014 at 12:29 PM.
Till date, i have not received my consignment.
Despite several requests on toll free no.[protected], there is not any satisfactory response.
I have also mailed to the support, press and sales department of Deja-Vu, but no any clear date of dispatch or status have been informed by the team.
I have been fed up by the negative responses from the Team.
toll free no.[protected] is not being answered despite several attempts from the last 15 days
there has not been any update on the account of my order made.
The Customer support is also unable to provide any information about the status of the order made.
on the website, it has been mentioned as per link below the same day dispatch rule but after 55 days of booking of order and making the complete payment there is no any kind of service.

you are therefore requested to make the desired order immediately as well as try to maintain the dignity of your online shopping website.
The customer support is also not interested to talk anymore on this issue.
It is also requested to mention as whether i could make any complaint regarding this issue and to which department. Is there any grievance cell who look after the matter? Kindly indicate. which Ombudsman or body looks after the consumers complaints, please mention.

As per your email dated 31.03.14, I know that the complaint sent by me has been forwarded to deja-vu Trends website for taking further action in this regard. In this connection I wish to point out that the said website Deja-vu Trends has sent an email on 02.04.14 in which they stated as follows:This is for your kind information & necessary action
"Dear Sir,
Good Morning,
I would like to inform that your order no.[protected] is put on hold as concern department is working on the same process for cancellation, as per your requirement for refund in the above conversation and it mainly takes minimum 10 - 15 working days.
So, kindly have patience and co operate with us...
