I had ordered Samsung Galaxy S4 Mobile phone on DEJAVU TRENDS.com on 17th March 2014 & paid 100% amount of Rs.27272 through Citibank credit card, I followed up with Dejavu's customer care (which generally never get connected) & they told me it will come in 4-5 working days afterwards they said it will get shipped 7-10 working days. Even after lot of follow-ups & mails they keep saying me to wait till next week. Its already 20 days over & there is still no sign on product delivery.

I am sure my product is not going to come & I am afraid if they deliver the product that will be Genuine or not. Please help me getting my money back from them.

Also if possible please proving the Right Contact Number & Address of this company as the address mentioned on their website is also Wrong.

    I ordered 2 qty. Of samsung star pro mobile from dejavurends.Com as on 7 the march 2014 and 11 march 2014.
    Till date they have not send the products.
    When i call to customer care no. They told me due to internal issues your product will ship in coming week. These words they continues told me from the next week in which i put order.
    Now i frustrated...And calling them and i ask for the refund but they told me not to cancel the order and wait for one more week to dispatch...But i can't wait any more because its already a month.
    Further they told me refund process takes 15 days.
    Its not fair beacause other online co. Like ebay.In and fipkart.Com takes only 4-5 days to refund.
    Further when i search about the dejavutrends.Com about genuineness of the company ...I found that the director and senior officials of the company are fraudster.
    Sir plz help to get my refund.

      I have been cheated by online merchant called dejavutrends of Andheri-E Mumbai. I am retired
      senior citizen. I have paid the full amount on 28.02.2014 through net banking from my Bank
      Account with Bank Of India. My order numbers are[protected] and[protected] for purchase of
      two Hard Disks. Usually, getting ordered items within a week time is my proved experience.
      Same day shipping and other promises and guarantees were seductive strategies of my
      merchant's home page of dejavutrends-Andheri east Mumbai. I have sent mails 20 times, having
      got reply of false promises not fulfilled so far even after 33 days, and 20 times phone talks
      having kept records time, person and date (with audio} which is with me. The founder and
      owner of the merchant site is Mr. Kaustubh Chokshi. There are hundreds of negative feedback
      and grievance cases uploaded by poor citizens who have been duped with their money.
      There are so many mails and actual talk audio files with me., They goes on giving false
      promises and killing time and misusing peoples money and playing with the peace of mind
      and psyche, eventually thrust into depression or other psychic disease. If they are not stopped
      or controlled, the time will come that very larger numbers of poor buyers are victimised.This is
      high time to take it seriously by Police, RBI, Banks - that maintains accounts {-new norms of KYC
      must be formed for on line seller merchants } EBS- On- line Payment Gateways, being constantly
      vigilant of their activities and on-line opinions or reviews { my merchant is widely spread all over for
      negative reviews-} and enforcing new laws and rules regulations of E Commerce. I am hopeful
      and ready to cooperate by providing all possibble information required by yourself regarding the
      issue and expect utmost kind help.

        I have ordered micromax canvas turbo for rs. 14389 from dejavutrends on 25 feb 2014. After so many days of waiting and their fake commitment, i cancelled the order on 13 march. These people first asked me to wait for 7-10 days n after these they asked to wait for 10-15 days. Now when these days are over theythey are either telling their issues or asking me to wait for another 10-15 days. They r just making fool of d customers. Order no :[protected] Name: shailu godawat

          Sir Kind attention is invited towards order from Deja-Vu Trends for Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2014 1 PC 1 Year for which payment of Rs. 252.20 was made on Mon, Mar 10, 2014 at 12:29 PM. Till date, i have not received my consignment. Despite several requests on toll free no.[protected], there is not any satisfactory response. I have also mailed to the support, press and sales department of Deja-Vu, but no any clear date of dispatch or status have been informed by the team. I have been fed up by the negative responses from the Team. there has not been any update on the account of my order made. The Customer support is also unable to provide any information about the status of the order made. on the website, it has been mentioned as per link below the same day dispatch rule but after 21 days of booking of order and making the complete payment there is no any kind of service. http://dejavutrends.com/same-day-dispatch you are therefore requested to make the desired order immediately as well as try to maintain the dignity of your online shopping website.             Hi Team, I ordered a sony Xperia E Dual sim mobile from dejavutrends.com on March 5th. Order No:[protected] The transaction was successful and money was taken from my account. Then I was keep on calling their customer care number 1800 3000 1177. Rarely they picked up the call and they said that they will update us shortly. Finally they said that they had not received my amount after 2 weeks. I raised a service request with my bank and my bank confirmed me that the money got transferred to EBS. Hence, I followed up with EBS and they also confirmed me that dejavutrends had captured the amount. When I call them again, they are not picking up or else saying the same that they have not received the amount. Kindly help me in getting the money refunded to my account. I now see that lots of people are reporting this website as a fraudulent one.

I have called them on helpline no. [protected] several times but no one picking up the phone. I had sent mail at [protected]@dejavutrends.com and [protected]@dejavutrends.com and reverted with same remarks will take time for 4-5 days. But the said product has not been dispatched to my address by the officials of the website till date. Then, I have filed Complaints in the said website vide Ticket Numbers 681872, 387784 & 681872. The Copy of the mails recd & sent to déjà-vu Trends website are enclosed in the ref 2nd & 3rd cited. A copy of the Terms & Conditions of the website is also enclosed in the ref 4th cited. The address of the website is shown in the end of the terms & conditions page. Some of the customers purchased products in this website & they have been cheated by the officials of the said website. The said customers have put their grievances in the website Business India & the copy of the complaints have shown in the links attached in the ref 5th cited. When I see the Grievances of the customers in the website www.businessindia.in, it was revealed that most of the customers are cheated by the officials of the website www.dejavutrends.com Hence, I request you trace out the officials of the said website and take action against them as per rules & regulations of the cyber crime and render justice. I also request you to recover the said amount of Rs1272/ from the officials of the said web site and paid me early. I also claim Rs5000/ from the officials of the website towards the mental torture & agony given me by the officials of the website.               Do you understand the meaning of " Patience & Coperation"? In each & every mail you have noted the word 'Patience & Coperation'. I am waiting more than 50 days for refund of Rs1272 from your store. You did not care about it but mailed me & noted about "patience & coperate".
              I have attended a call from you today on 02.04.14 at 8.38 am from your mobile No [protected] in which you have spoken in Hindi. While I have not known Hindi, I requested you to speak in English. You have told that you are not known English as well. At that time, I have told you that you should refund a sum of Rs1272/ (towards the purchase of Micro SD Card 16 GB in your store on 11.02.14) along with Interest immediately. But you have cut the phone line immediately. If you will not refund the said amount of Rs1272/ with Interest, You should be punished severely by consumer complaints.in and the cyber crime department & they shut your online store immediately besides strong action will be taken by them against you.                 I have placed order in www.dejavutrends.com some 45 days back.

                My Order Number: Order #[protected]

                I have called their customer care almost 10+ times.Everytime i get same response from customer care that they have prioritized my concern. Neither they are shipping the product nor they are giving refund. When I checked facebook there are many people like me who have fallen in their offer trap. Its time to take action against such cheap fraudsters.

                Please I would like you to take immediate action and shut this website as soon as possible.

                Please let me know if I should register a complaint in police station/consumer court.

                  I have purchased two items namely Kaspersky Internet Security one user of cost Rs. 473/- and Sea-gate Back-up Plus slim external hard disk of Rs. 4, 097/- using credit card vide their order No.[protected] dtd 26/02/2014 and order No.[protected] dtd 28/02/2014 respectively. Approx one month passed for the order but, neither they are shipping my product nor replying my email/calls after the several attempts. Company address is 24, Apurva Estate, Makwana Lane, Opp:- Vaman Center, Andheri-Kurla Road Marol Naka, Andheri (East) Mumbai:- 400069.(http://dejavutrends.com/) this is one of the online shopping site. After 18 days I have not received my Product and company assured that they deliver the product within the 15 working days. But no response has been taken till now. I have called them on helpline no.[protected] several times but no one picking up the phone. I have already paid Rs. 600 toward the 16gb memory card by the online transaction gateway ( A copy of receipt of payment is attached with it) my order no. is[protected] and invoice no. is[protected]. therefore I am forced to lodge a complaint against them on the Hon'ble Consumer Court.

                        i have got my product. when i told them that i have submitted a complaint against them in cosumer court.
                        I booked Mobile for Rs 7, 777 17th Jan-2014 online from Deu-Vu Trends after 20 days I canceled my order after that no responds from their end .Please help me how can i get my money back.My contact detail [protected]@gmail.com

                          I have placed an order for Samsung Galaxy Core I8262(Chic White) and paid through Credit Card. The said mobile was booked for my sister AABHA GOENKA who is from Kolkata I tried calling their nos but all the nos are coming no reply. I somehow got their nos and I was told that they will deliver my order in next 2 days but so far I have not got it. They also ent mails vide which they informed that they will deliver my order in 4-5 working days. I saw on their facebook a/c they are fraud and lots of people are facing the problem. They must have fooled thousands of people and made more the 500 crores of Ruppes. I shall request you to kindly take the legal action against them at the earliest.

I get to hear backlog story every time though my product is still in stock.                               I had ordered samsung galaxy quattro on 28th february 2014. Its been 2 weeks now and the product has stil not shiped to my address. When Contact thier so called 24x7 customer care number no one pick up the call.. It seems that they, work in night shift only bcoz its operational only in night.. Everytime they pick up the call they say that the disatch will be done in this week but in never happens...

                                Dear Sir/Madam, I had done one transaction of Rs. 14135/- on dated 02nd Mar 2014 with DÉJÀ VU Trends website for online shopping of IT/mobile/tablets goods. I had order for Micromax Canvas Turbo A 250 thru this website and done payment thru credit card. Déjà vu trend promised to dispatch order within 5 days as called on customer care no is[protected] and now nobody is responding on this contact no. I am not able to get exact status of my order. I had sent mail at [protected]@dejavutrends.com and [protected]@dejavutrends.com and reverted with same remarks will take time for 4-5 days. Again I replied to get updated status on these mails ID but nobody have responded and they are not ready to refund my money.                                 Deja Vu Trends — Not Refunding Money even after one Month!

                                I had given an order to Deja Vu Trends and cancelled the same on 17 March 2014. They still not give my refund and postpone every week said will release next week. No one almost one month I am struggling for payment. Please advise how to take claim of the amount.

They promised to deliver the product in 3-4 days but now they are not picking phone if they pick they said they will ship in a week and not replying to my mails .                                     This is to inform that, I ordered a WD My Passport 1 TB External Hard Disk (Black) (order no:[protected] on 2 January 2014. But till today I have not yet received the product from Deja-Vu Trends. I contacted customer support staff members and requested for shipping the order ASAP, even after requesting for 7 to 8 times through phone and e-mail there is no response from Deja-Vu Trends team to ship the product and when I try to contact the customer care there is no response for the call, some time they pick and they will say that they will only call back, but later no call or response and if they respond they tell that it will be shipped in 48hrs and sometime 24hrs and this they are telling from past two weeks. Also they are denying canceling the order and refunding the amount paid. I hereby request to take corrective action on Deja-Vu Trends So that they won’t fool customers in future.
