Delhi Metro — Lost vega helmet

Respect Sir,

I am parking my two wheeler at Karkardooma metro station parking from last One Year every alternative day, I am finding something or the other happening, recently my helmet got lost as somebody broke my lock and took it away and on asking they replied so badly and than i purchased new one and the same day again i locked it on my two wheeler and when i came back in the evening again i found that helmet is not there, than when i asked him strictly, they replied we are not responsible for this. So now it becomes a daily routine and every alternative day i have to this fuss..Please take a strict action against this inconvenience.
