Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — Amount deducted but not refunded yet

Dear Sir/Mam
I did a recharge of Rs.200 on both my METRO SMART CARDS from phonepe but the top-up machine is not working. It has been more than 3 weeks since I recharged, Its money has not been refunded in my account yet.
