On 1 november 2018 i was at vishwavidhalaya metro station when i entered and touch my smart card to entry gate the gate is open and after that i go to chandni chowk metro station and when i want to exit i cannot able to exit then the customer care service provider said u have to gave the fine of last 5 entry exit of my smart card when i denied and to call your head staf[censored] haves to wait for 5 minutes and i wait for 20 minutes i said plz send me to ur office with ur security card but he denied then he called cisf offiser he tries to misbhave with me then i start the videography and then they take me to their office as like i am a terriost and firstly they deleted that video forcly from my phone and fined on me but there were not any fault of me and after i paid my fined they theft my newely bubble packed milton water bottle and then today on 2 november 2018 i asked to those officers they strictly denied that we don't took your water bottle and there is not any submission of water bottle so as i say delhi metro satff is thef or not? And plz install new entry exit doors on chandni chowk, karol bagh, chawdibazar metro station because they did not work properly and they are very busy stations of delhi metro Was this information helpful? | |||||
