I had recharged my metro card on 4 th May 2017 from Janak Puri West metro station for Rs 500. The amount has not been transferred to be card. The machine which prints the receipt slip was not working and the person sitting at the customer care booth has changed was leaving as his shift was over. I had payed this from my Debit Card and can share the statement mentioning the money was transferred to DMRC account.
Today morning I went and told the lady sitting at desk that my card has not been recharged, initially told me that she cannot help. I insisted her on finding the solution where then she called her senior. She told me that person who was sitting on day before which had recharged my card, cannot be contacted. Once he comes back, they asked me to take up the issue with him.
