I Nikhil Ranjan entered the Metro Premises of Dwarka More Metro at around 8 PM and asked the CUSTOMER Care Executive named Pradeep to issue a Token against Card. He swiped the card and the transaction couldnât processed. I requested him to retry for the same and he abused me and misbehaved with me and said I will not retry with the card.
There was a PAYTM scanner on which I requested to make payment in lieu of token. However, he said that I will only issue token once the message will come. I scanned and showed him the receipt of successful transaction and even after he didnât issue me a token. A balance of INR 20/- was deducted from my account and I showed him the receipt as well. Despite that the hooligan didnât issue me a token. Finally I had to beg in front of someone for cash for 20/- and then that ### issued me a token.
I would like to submit that how Delhi Metro is recruiting such kind of rude staff and hooligans on CUSTOMER Care Services.
I would like to lodge a formal complaint on this Portal and would like to ensure that such kind of antisocial elements should be removed at once from the Job and a legal action should be taken against him. Was this information helpful? |
