On 2nd May 2017, I faced very pathetic situation with Delhi Metro Customer Service at Dwarka Sector 21.
I want to highlight that the guy sitting in that customer support cabin is corrupted. He is a lier and taking cash money from peoples and making black money.
My concern is that today I have a metro card filled with Rs. 134. I have some work in gurgaon for that I travelled from Nawada metro (in time - 9:44 am) to Dwarka Sector 21 Metro Station (out time - 10:09).
After completing my work I came back Dwarka Sector 21 Metro at 2 pm, I tried to punch my card but the gate was not opened and I asked the same from customer support executive, he asked me to give metro card to him after checking it he told me that your money was not deducted before this ride so you have to pay Rs.14 cash, I assumed that it might be happened. Then I entered in the metro for Nawada metro station.
When I reached Nawada Station I checked my transaction history in AVM machine and I was surprised that the amount was already deducted from my card and customer support executive collected Rs.14 from me.
I have heard about these fraudulent tricks but today it happens to me and I believe that that guy fooling hundred of peoples every day and making lots of black money.
I am also attaching the picture of my card transaction history.
On an average if we assume the black money amount per executive Rs.1000. And now you can calculate the big amount of this fraudulent in DMRC every day and every Station.
THIS IS A VERY BIG QUESTION MARK ON THE DMRC HEAD. YOU NEED TO TAKE ACTION ON IT IMMEDIATELY.
Rs.14 is not a big deal...! Point is corrupted peoples.
I hope you understand the situation and will take necessarily actions on it.
