14.07.2021. It seems that the premium service of Delhi metro has faded out of its excellence due to mismanagement resorted by the Ill qualified managers of the DMRC management. It is astonishing that I as a senior citizen had to que up for 1 and a half hour to catch the train. More so the behaviour of your security staff was below the standard. One of the men was using unusual and unruly language, jo kar sakte ho kar lo, kuch nahi hone wala. On enquiry from customer care regarding complaint book he straight away denied of having one with him. Isn't it disgusting that this costly transport service is being projected with black face by the misdeeds of some o[censored]r employees. I am attaching herewith a video of the event wherein I had to que up for 1 and a half hour, Which could have been avoided if proper thought at the cost of a nice thought. The situation at Kashmere Gate terminal has not changed as of date. it seems that the higher ups of this premium service are busy in enjoying their air conditions cabins and not to mend the ways of their staff.
