Misbehaviour by metro executives shruti gupta and anurag with customer at govindpuri metro station, metro card was submitted on 8 march '2017 9:10 am as card was not working a pink colour carbon copy reciept was given to customer stating a balance of 140 in card plus 50 rupees to be refunded (Which is taken by metro corporation as security deposit). Since 4 days every morning & evening customer is asking for refund at counter spending around 15-20 minutes at last told to visit again.
Till on 21 st march' 2017 again i went to the counter seeking refund where the metro executive anurag took the reciept and denied to give complete refund and went abusive "jo karna hai kar lo" i asked him to return my pink reciept / card then he was more abusive, till then another metro executive shruti gupta intervened and went more abusive and niether they returned my money nor card / reciept which i was given on 8 th march by metro executive.
I was there from 9:05 pm till 9:35 pm at night and anurag said listen to me only then i will return money, i told him it is night i am getting late but he was aggressive and did not returned my money back till i finally left.
Please check the camera recording and give me a resolution and get my money back. Was this information helpful? |
