I was traveling from vinobapuri metro station on 19 July and the time was 1:40 - 1:45 pm and the ticket vending machine was not working and then go to customer care and then I ask for the ticket and then he refuse to give the ticket and forcing me to download the DMRC app and then I said right now I am in a hurry i will download it later but he show the bad behaviour and try to forcing me to download the application and said if you don't download you will not get the ticket and after wasting my one hour then he gave the Ticket but in a rude behaviour. so the person name is Gulbhara and his employee I'd - 102866and he was on a post of Tom controller.
So kindly consider my complaint and show some action against this because I believe everyone has the right to choose and it also come under the consumer act and they are doing this with other people as well so who give the right to do this and forcing the people to download application if right now he doesn't want it . We really understand the importance but he was working in customer care so he need to give solution to the problem In a simple manner. Was this information helpful? |
