Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — penalty

Dear Sir,

On 16/2/2019, I traveled from mundka industrial Estate to Bahadurgarh City.
I punched the card at exit, door opened, may be money not deducted.
But I punched my card on peeragahi entrance, I have to pay penality of Rs. 60.
So pls refund my amount...

My metro card no. is 55873916

My name vishnu sharma on saturday 23/02/2019 i have POS VTM machine puchase token new ashok nagar to jsola apollo but but my transaction fail and amount have deduct my bank account but not have refund privious 3 days .
