I recharged my above metro card no. With rs. 500/- on 10 aug 2018 at 4.36 p. M. Through paytm (Transaction/order no. [protected]) which was successful and the amount got deducted from my bank a/c immediately.
As i am not a frequent metro traveller, i could not tap it on any of the avm machines.
Now, on friday 16 nov 2018 when i had to travel, i recalled the recharge of my card and hence tried to get a top up, but unfortunately it was not available. On enquiring at the ticket counter, i got the info that i have to register a complaint to the customer care only in this context and they shall not be able to help me out.
Therefore, i urge you to kindly help me in either getting a refund or getting a recharge on my card. I shall be grateful for an early and immediate action at your end. Was this information helpful? |
