Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — smart card refund

Sir my name is rahul kumar. I recharge a smart card through online on 22, may, 2018 after recharge first use of smartcard on 11, february, 2019 from vaishali to karol but when i check my smart balance the balance not updated yet so i go to the customer care they were also be check the balance but recharge balance not shown they said call dmrc helpline. Sir i call the customer care the executive given me information about smartcard if you recharge a smart card online you can topup within 10days date of recharge but i don't know because 8.5month ago i didn't use my card & they also said if your amount debit from your account the amount will be refunded in 40 to 45days. So sir i attached screenshot of debit amount & also message i received from bank. Sir i request you to please refund or update my travel card amount. I write some details: —
1-card date — 03/2018
2 - card no: — 81114921
3-dor: — 22/05/2018
4-amount — rs 500/-

Sir how many times i send same message but you not seriously here. First message on 12/2/2019 &...
So again i call the customer care on 18/2/2019 so they registered my complaint & forward to upper department i give all details about transaction. But 11days also ago but nothing response from dmrc. My complaint no is[protected]. So when today i call they were tell me there were no transaction that you given detail. I have all proof that i have recharge a smart card.

Sir i see many complaint about dmrc on refund cases were 90 to 120days ago but dmrc not refunded consumers money sir this is the way you earn money. If you not helping us so please provide me a gm email i'd or i complaint in consumer complaint board. Or in government. So again resolve this issue because 9 month ago.
How many days to take to resolve this issue i wait for mail i don't won't any excuses so exact date tell to me for refund. We're middle class family not a upper class so again i wait....

Till date is 310days ago but the dmrc is not serious about for refund .inot my case is 500rs there is 310days if other customers can recharge 1000 to 5000 recharge so think how much time for refund.there services are truly bad poor bursting etc .this is the way they earn money so they renovation the station & source of income

The helpline staff are also misbehaving not to talk properly not provide correct information etc...

Till date I didn't refund my money they just tell in our record the money will be refunded but I don't receive a single rupee from dmrc I such many call but they don't care so I request you to please refund

Sir till date I did not receive refund one year ago How many mails to dmrc but they don't care & specially customers care staff are very big lire they we refund your amount .inki niyaat hi nhi hai dene ki kyunki yeh aise kamai karte hai logo kat paisa khana corruption toh khud karte hai aur dusro ko khete hai sahyog kare

The access to the lift at tagore garden metro station is blocked by the local residents since they have gated the entire entrance.

I've forwarded complaint at dmrc helpline also but nothing happened. Senior citizens forced to use stairs inspite of the lift facility
