Dear sir/madam,

This is in regard to the issuance of final report for the case fir - 027950/2019.
Where the intimation o[censored]ntraced report was issued on 31.08.2019 and the deemed acceptance to final report as untraced was given by not approaching to the said officer against the issuance of the intimation.

But, even till date no final report has been issued against the case.

I request you to kindly issue the final report as untraced and share the same.

I am complaining u against a fraud consultancy situated in tilak nagar. They are providing fake offer letter with the name of "riseonic solution pvt ltd" i registered my profile on naukri.com for job and received a call from lady name "harshita" and her no is "[protected]". And then i went for an interview there and looted rs.600 as registration fee and 1000rs as training fee. But till time they have not provided me any job. There office loc in tilak nagar is "near tilak nagar metro station gate no.2 near do bhai showroom and above raymond trendswear showroom" i have full proofs of them, the fee slip provided them and their call recordings also. They are not picking my phone now and about 6 months have passed and still they have not provided me any job. You can call me for any further information or for any kind of proof against them. No board is hanged on outside of their office. Daily more than 100 candidates are becoming victim of them. Please take action against this fraud agency.

My scooter with reg. No. Dl3sdd6964 has been issued with 2 challan of red light jumping notice no. 2121881 and 23222789 with same date, same time, same offence with same violation proof. I have attached the screenshot of pending notice page that shows replica challan. This must be a case of error in issuing of challan. I request you to take action towards this fault.

Matter explanation:

I had contacted mr. Gautam anand on 28-june-2019 for taking a rental property. He showed me one property at punjabi bagh location and i liked it. Then he called and arrange a meeting with mr. Divanshu abrol at his office on the 1st week of july as he mentioned that mr. Divanshu abrol had a good relationship with that property owner and taking care of that property.

At the time of the meeting, we negotiated property to rent and cleared basic things like electricity bills, water bills, the purpose of taking the property, etc. And we close the deal at the amount of rs. 28000 per month on rent.

Then i paid an amount of rs.2000 as advance to mr. Divanshu abrol via paytm bank transfer into mr. Divanshu's account (Axis bank a/c no. [protected]) dated 04-july-2019 transaction no.[protected] and gave my id proofs copy after that for agreement purposes.

On 05-july-2019, i paid again rs. 5000 to mr. Divanshu abrol via paytm bank transfer into mr. Divanshu's account (Axis bank a/c no. [protected]) dated 05-july-2019 transaction no.[protected].

On 06-july-2019, i paid again rs. 23000 to mr. Divanshu abrol via paytm bank transfer into mr. Divanshu's account (Axis bank a/c no. [protected]) dated 06-july-2019 transaction no.[protected]

On 08-july-2019, i paid the two months security amount rs. 56000 to mrs. Sunita gupta (Property owner) via bank transfer into mrs. Sunita's account (Hdfc bank a/c no. [protected]) dated 08-july-2019 transaction no.[protected].

I had paid all the above amount by saying of mr. Gautam as he is the main dealer in this deal. I believe that he involved mr. Divanshu for his own benefits. They both are property dealers of different locations.

For final clarity, i requested and managed to arrange a meeting with mr. Gautam and he assured me that i didn't need to worry because he has cleared all the basic things, my requirements with the property owner and mr. Divanshu (Property agent).

After gautam's assurance, we moved to the final step and went to sdm court nangloi new delhi on 09-july-2019 for the purpose of the registered court rent agreement. There we meet mr. Aniket and mr. Kartik aggarwal (Gautam's guys). They were helping us in making rent agreement formalities in the presence of the property owner.

Suddenly, owner of property (Mrs. Sunita gupta) decided for disagreed forgiven his property on the rent due to reasons (Not clarification regarding tenant details with his dealers of mr. Divanshu abrol). He was not available for the timing of rent agreement process execution at court nangloi new delhi on 09-july-2019, but we already discussed so many times with mr. Gautam and mr. Divanshu abrol (Dealer-agent) his all details of residential with documents.

Whenever we meet my dealer (Mr. Gautam anand) and mr. Divanshu, then both people informed us demanding to us for taking the first month as an advance (28000/-rs) and rent agreement fee (2000/-rs), rest two month security amount would be transferred to owner account. Then we transferred total amount (30000/-rs) to divanshu account (Account no) on the above mentions transaction details.

After the canceled deal, we received two month security (56000/-) from mrs. Sunita gupta (Property owner) and 2890/- from mr. Divanshu side via bank transfer, but we have approached divanshu via his dealers (Mr. Gautam ananad), then mr. Divanshu replies to us for not refunding rest amount of advance rent + paper fees (27110/-rs) because they are saying that we paid and expensed amount to painter and other works but we are not involved into this works and we did not any kind of demand to mr. Divanshu for renovation of renting house. Also, it has been completed before our approach.

So we hope that you will support us for refunding my rest amount with interest from mr. Gautam anand & mr. Divanshu abrol (Dealer agent) and the amount is 27110/-.

Dear sir, i belong to the middle-class family and also the only earning member in my family. I run a small it company and manage daily bread and butter for my family. I don’t have such a powerful background and these property dealers are opposite to my nature. I can’t handle an argument with these kinds of people because i know where it will end. That’s why i need your help to get back my hard earn money. I wish for a peaceful life like other people but this matter is always running into my head and mentally disturbing me a lot. Because it makes me feel like i am a coward and weak person in the society who can easily be deceived by anyone. I can’t live with that thought just because i belong to a middle-class family. I know my rights and rules of law. Dear sir i am begging you to help me in this matter. I have no grudges for anyone and want no trouble. I want you to solve this matter with a kind heart and helpful behavior for everyone. All i want is just to get my money back.

Sir, i purchased my new mobile 2 months back and i feel sad to inform you that i lost my mobile from nearby vegetable market on october 6, 2019. I rang up @100 n filed a complaint. I am writing this letter to register the complaint against egipura deployed traffic police @7 pm till 9 pm.
I am working in wipro technology, ec -1, bangalore.
On 11th oct, 2019, i left my office 7.30 pm through toll bridge.
Till egipura already faced a lot traffic issue and almost exhausted . At egipura side, traffic from domlur to kormangala was red and the same side i was coming from electronic city to my home, g m palay.
Seeing the red light, i took the alongside towards domlur, didn't crossed the road or traffic.
Traffic police caught me and fined me. i accepted my mistake and paid the fine.
At the same other biker, just giving rs.100 or rs.200 bribe, they was released .
See this bribe seen, i just started my mobile camera to take photo.
one of traffic police among them pushed me and snatched by mobile and using derogatory remarks.
I didn't remember other bike number as well as police took my phone.
Hardly , i remembered one bike rider "ka01 ez 5848" gave some bribe and they got release.
Yesterday, it was horrible experience with bangalore police.
Even though, they took mobile, didn't allow me to go home.
Fortunately, seeing all these, one passing communicator called 100 number and then 100 number helpline police came and helped me to get my phone .
Could you help to get the justice against this unexpected behavior by dishonest traffic police?

Please take the proper action against the dishonest traffic police during duty.

Wrong challan for overspeeding
I have been issued actually 6 e-challans of rs400/- each for over speeding, out of which 2 e-challans i paid as the picture was not opening and i had no proof.
But the details of the remaining 4 e - challans are given below out of which i am guilty only once.

Wrong challan of overspeeding
I have been issued an e-challan (Notice no. 21608571 & vehicle no. Dl 8caw 3093) on[protected] at 08:55hrs for overspeeding for amount of rs 400/- at carriageway from sarai kale khan to akshardham near just after yamuna bridge towards ring road.. But, the picture clearly shows that my speed was 68 kmph and boards on the same road shows that speed limit is 70kmph.

I would like to request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and justify and withdraw my e-challan notice.

I have been booked a challan for overspeeding against the notice no[protected] on 24th aug 2019 with vehicle no uk14 9773. I have paid the challan. But the speed limit on that route is supposed to be 70 kmph while i have been booked for 67 kmph.
This is ridiculous and unacceptable from the traffic department of the national capital.
Kindly give an explanation or revert back the challan and the paid amount.

This is to inform you that all 3 traffic lights at maharshi valmiki mandir rampuri t-point, near hanuman temple, govindpuri is not working since last 1 year and no body came to fix it yet.

But as per picture captured by the camera, i was driving at the speed of 60 to 70 kmph. Whereas, the display boards on the same road shows speed limit of car as 70 kmph.

The concerned authority may kindly look into the matter and justify my e-challan/notice and withdraw it.

I was applied canada multiple visa for me and my wife from mr. Tajinder singh (Real name may be is satnam singh) p/o “fly way tour and travels” office located at 1/9105, gai no 4, west rohtash nagar, shahdara, delhi - 110032. I was taking advice from him to apply multiple visa of canada but he convinces me that i apply my and my wife visa from him at 6 lac cost, 1 lac advance rest after visa. I trust on him and send docs scan copy on 10th november, 2018 and then send my and my wife original passport to his given address with his wife (Nick name sukhu) mobile no (Mentioned below). I also transfer 50, 000 rs on 16th november, 2018 and 50, 000 rs. On 17th november, 2018 to given bank account number by him. The bank account belongs to mr. Satnam singh of icici bank, a/c no is[protected] with ifsc code is icic0006286 (May be raj nagar, ghaziabad branch). I told to tajinder singh that my and my wife relations are already complicated, it can end any time if i will not get canada visa as she was not agreed to stay with me in india anymore. He promised that he will apply visa within november month and will get sure shot approval in mid of december month of 2018. On that commitment i transfer him to 1 lac rs and send original passport by courier. But he never applied for visa o[censored]s, even he never planned for it. He just needs 1 lac rs from us so he made a plan and show us dream of canada visa and fraud with us in terms of money and play with our emotions.
I had to travel to other country in january, 2019 so after so much request he return my passport in january, 2019. But from that day till now, he just making fake promises to return my wife’s passport and our 1 lac rs money. On 18th july, i send my friend to visit his office and ask for passport of my wife. There my friend meets a boy, named raman (Tajinder singh’s nephew), he simply told i have nothing and if you want police complaint then it’s useless because no one can harm them in delhi. Same day tajinder singh also told me he has no fear of police on whatsapp call. But then latterly he called again and demand 4-5 days’ time to return money and passport. Then in september month of 2019 year, he again makes fake promise about payment and passport. On 6th october i make him last offer that pay atleast 30-40 thousand today, rest amount he can pay later, but he refused and say he has no problem with any legal action so finally now i want legal help from your side to get my money back and my wife passport (Ex-wife as she already applied divorced case).
Tajinder singh still claiming that he is out of india, but his indian number is working, and his wife also in india and raman still open his office and he (Raman) had my wife’s passport last time i got information from a commonly known person. So please trace satnam singh address from his bank account number or get from his office and help me get my money back from him. He last month confirmed that he had my wife's passport and now saying he had not.
